Tru by Hilton Raleigh Garner

We had a great stay at the hotel, a few hiccups with the check in process but this didn’t detract from the overall stay.

The hotel was clean, well furnished & welcoming. My room was comfortable & modern. I loved the walk in shower. Two women at reception stood out for their helpfulness & friendly manner. A shout out to Natasha and Nancy. My new favorite hotel in Garner.

After many stays at many Hilton hotels and brands, I found the staff here (over a 3-night stay) to be consistently the BEST of any. They were all pleasant, engaging without being intrusive, and eager to please, as well as performing their jobs excellently. I'd like to name everyone with whom I came in contact: -Camille and Alison (Night Auditors--thank you for staying up all night and for everything else you do on that shift)...I used to eork it, so I know)! -Brittany, Kameron, and Laura, pleasant and skilled housekeepers; -Tina, Natasha, and Nancy, amazing Front Desk Agents; -David and Sunil, keeping the place looking great and in working order; -Isabella who puts on a great breakfast and is so hospitable; and -Maria, Assistant General Manager who was very pleasant, helpful, and respectful and who obviously is doing something right! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Not to mention that the hotel is pretty new and the TRU brand has many nice features including a bright colorful lobby with plenty of seating and games for the kiddos (and grownups as well). I will be back on my next visit to NC!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the staff at the Tru Hotel in Garner. From the time we entered the venue until we left we were met with smiles. They attended to our every need. Natasha and Nancy were amazing. Cust svc is top notch!!!!

The late night manager Alison was a Rock Star and so helpful in getting us into the two rooms we had reserved online. The hotel was over booked, but Alison was able to get us into a bed sometime after midnight. We were so thankful that she was on duty last night!!!❤️

My stay here was amazing! Camille and Linee made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I loved the amenities, the continental breakfast as well asthe modern look and feel of the room and facilities. I will definitely stay here when I visit Garner again!

What an awesome stay! We had a busy schedule and were very tired on arrival. We were graciously welcomed and in our room quickly. We had a great night sleep in a comfortable quiet room. Woke up refreshed and enjoyed a nice breakfast and great coffee! We will return!

This is my 3rd stay with Tru by Hilton here in Garner every time has been a wonderful experience. Rooms are always nice and smell good and A/C works extremely well. Free breakfast and is very good. When I checked in this time I dealt with Tina and she was very friendly and helpful. She remembered me and even asked for my honors number as I did not put it in when I booked online.

My trip was an amazing experience and I can’t thank Linee, the front desk manager, for all that she did to make sure I felt comfortable. The hotel smells like a brand new car right off the showroom floor. Didn’t know what to expect when I booked it but I was happy with my choose.
