Main Floor -Kitchen -Full bathroom with tub/shower combo -Fireplace -Brand new leather queen sleeper sofa -Washer and dryer -Firestick TV (byo Netflix passwords) Upstairs -King bed -Balcony -Firestick TV (byo Netflix passwords) Outside -Lots of deck space -Hot tub -Firepit -parking -yard Dogs are welcome! $50 for first dog, second dog is $25. Owners are asked to pick up inside and outside after dogs. Military Discount- one of the guests staying needs to be active duty or a veteran. 5% is taken off the daily rate, pet fee and cleaning fee.
