We stayed here for a birthday/weekend getaway and could not have chosen a better location. We were in walking distance to everything and the view of the river was beautiful!! Love love loved it. Breakfast was actually great too! Would definitely recommend and plan to return soon! Side note- the parking area is a covered garage that is very low. If you have a lifted truck or vehicle it will be a tight squee3 getting in and out.

We stayed for a long weekend at this hotel. From the time I called for a reservation though checkout, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and we had a nice view of the river. We did partake of the breakfast on our last morning. While not anything to writes home about, the eggs were properly cooked and the biscuits were good as well. They also offered oatmeal and yogurt with a selection of toppings, cranberries, peaches and granola. Toast was also offered. Soft drinks and juice were also available with some of the best coffee too! Overall this was a great experience! We will be back!

This is our go to hotel. We have been loyal lodgers for 8 years now. You get the best rate on rooms and 10$ off your next stay! They have a plentiful breakfast buffet. There is no meat, but everything is deli and free! Rooms are spacious and clean. If there is an issue, you call the front desk and they are there within minutes. This hotel is also within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg and across the street from the trolley! This is a locally owned hotel and I know everyone by name. When we check in, it’s like visiting family!

The Greystone Lodge is our go to place every year when we go to Gatlinburg. The staff is friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Rates are reasonable. Location can't be beat either if you want close to all the amenities Gatlinburg has to offer.

The Greystone is our 2nd home. We've been Loyal Lodgers for 9 years now, and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms in Building C are large with granite tops, and a full tub shower. Nice private balcony overlooking the river. In room refrigerator, microwave and coffe maker for your convenience. They also offer a free breakfast. Housekeeping is fantastic. Linens are very nice. Front desk, very accommodating and friendly. Location is the Best! Directly across the street from Anakeesta, right on Parkway, steps away from all the shops, restaurants and fun, yet, tucked back up into the trees, to enjoy nature. Park your car and walk everywhere. This Lodge is family owned, and the best.

The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Once the car was parked we did not have to move it again until we left, the hotel is in the middle of just everything.

Visited Gatlinburg for the first time to attend a gift show at the convention center. The Lodge was centrally located in the heart of the town. We were not only in walking distance to the center but to almost everything it had to offer. Rooms were not directly on the street so it was quiet but in 200 feet we could pick up the trolley, go to the aquarium, take lift to the mountain, shop, eat, listen to live music and people watch!!! The lodge’s staff was very friendly. It offered plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Free breakfast was not 5 starts, but good enough to hold you over if need be. Facility and rooms were well kept and clean. Only complaint is tub was new but so basic. Slippery bottom and unmovable shower head and tub would fill up if you were in there for any length of time. Dollar for dollar, it was worth the stay and would stay there again.

Greystone Lodge on the River was a WONDERFUL place to stay. Close to every, wonderful staff, nice rooms, we were on the riverside. Breakfast was included, and they had a nice array of breakfast food. You can not beat the location in Gatlinburg right across from Anakeesta, next to the aquarium, and in the heart of the town, so walking is easy. You can leave your car at the Lodge and that REALLY helps because, you do pay to park at the parking lot locations in Gatlinburg. Wonderful stay, highly recommended if you want to stay in the town of Gatlinburg.

Greystone has been our goto place for several years. About 5 years ago when a rented cabin was sold the day we arrived in town, Greystone gladly provided us a place to stay along with other family members who were with us. The location is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.
