Room stinking. TV not working. Paid for breakfast but I didn’t not get it properly. Untidy and foul smelling room.

I booked this hotel for my parents in the thought that it's in a prime location and also looking good in comparison to other hotels. Firstly they gave only a towel and had to wait till we asked for the 2nd also after 3-4 requests. There is no electric kettle so you cannot have hot water for drinking if required. Although they picked up my parents from the railway station which I am really thankful too, they should also be proactive in meeting the basic necessities eg. no cutlery available in the room.

Room was not maintained, few issue i have faced:
1. Observed seepage and ceiling were damaged
2. No toiletries were provided. 3. Lots of mosquitos in the room. 4. Mattress springs were coming out.

Nearby Gaya Junction. Clean and peaceful room. Helpful owner.
Washroom is working properly and it was neat and clean. Hot + Cold water available.

Stay - hotel stay is not good as per the charged amount. All necessary items like comb, hand wash, brush etc are not available. Food - i had ordered food however not served in a good position ( covered through newspaper. Food is also oily and the test is not good. Complementary breakfast - have paid the amount however they served only one item ( you have to choose. And can't take extra. Cleaning - not match as per standard. Room and washroom - room size is small and proper window is not available in washroom. Suggest mm t to not impanel such types of hotels.

The staff behaviour was little rude, ***** with that no toiletries provided there was no hand wash even. Mosquitoes were there in the room. Overall totally not worth it
