Very helpful and cooperative manager and staff. Room, premises are neat and clean. The stay was comfortable and beyond expectations. Thanks to hotel gharana and mmt team. 5

It was a nice experience staying at hotel gharana. The manager is very friendly and of helping nature. The staff are also cordial. The manager helped us for gaya and bodhgaya visit arranging vehicles. Rooms are clean. Everything was beyond our expectation. Thanks to the manager, staff and of-course mmt.

Location of this hotel was good. Rooms are of good size and newly built. But amenities provided by hotel like tv, wifi etc are not good. Food was ok, but service is very bad. It's ok type of hotel

Good decent facilities in the hotel. Stay is friendly. Location is good. Near to railway station and bharat sewa ashram.

Location found very suitable. Food was also fine, amenities are very old type. Room service is not well, very slow.

Hard mattresses, no electric kettle, green tea sachets were chargeable. Overall stay was not very pleasant. Very uncomfortable experience.
