Hotel Number One by Grano Gdańsk recensioner

Prisvärt hotell i gamla stan. Hotellet var vackert och rent. Vi bodde i ett standardrum, det hade en dubbelsäng, soffa, soffbord, te- och kaffefaciliteter på balkongen. Frukost var buffet stil och mycket mycket upptagen. Vi använde den bara en gång. Mycket trevligare ställen att äta på en kort 5/10 minuter i centrum.

Lovely hotel, modern, clean and convenient. Loved usinf the amenities and helped by friendly staff who answered all my queries and offered assistance.

Worst stay I have experienced in my life. Insects all over the bed as shown in pictures down below. I complained to the staff, they gave me another room. Same issue. So then I got offered a bigger room but 2 single beds on the 6th floor. And guess what? The same issue again! Absolutely disgusting. It was really late and I had no choice but to clean it myself and get rid of them and go to sleep. You can imagine I didn’t sleep very well. When I checked out straight in the morning I told the lady about the situation. She said someone will call me later and hopefully I’ll get some sort of compensation. That never happened. I would avoid this place at all cost!

The hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated. The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade. We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.

The room is really good. Breakfast is similar almost everyday.

The hotel is quite spacious. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast is delicious.

The room is big and well-equipped. The tv of the room has good network connected. Also, there is music outside the corridor which is quite nice. The staff are good in service.
