The hotel offers basic amenities, but the overall experience could definitely be improved. The room felt quite dusty, and the bathroom had noticeable mould, making it clear that the rooms are overdue for refurbishment. The full continental breakfast was decent — the eggs cooked to order were a nice touch, though it would have been even better if mushrooms were included as an option. Parking was quite expensive at $27 per night, but fortunately, since we stayed over the public holidays, we were able to park on the street for free without any restrictions. Overall, a stayable option if you’re not too fussy, but there’s plenty of room for improvement.

Great service and facilities. Clean and tidy. Pricing on in-house menu was a bit much for the serving size but food was lovely. All in all a nice stay.

Everything was amazing about this hotel. Rydges never disappoints you with the location and services. One of the towels provided was dirty though.

Photos they supply look much better than what you see. Old, dated, the smell through the hotel triggered a headache and was awful. The food was expensive and average as. The swimming pool isn’t heated, the rooms aren’t soundproofed and we were woken constantly to noisy neighbours. Not somewhere I’d ever stay again

The hotel is in prime location for a game at GMHBA which was our main purpose. It was serviceable but limited options for dining and other activities nearby
