Our holiday got off to a frustrating start when we arrived to find no one at reception. It turns out the reception desk isn’t staffed between 12:00 and 15:00, which wasn’t communicated to us beforehand. Thankfully, we had driven, so we were able to leave our luggage and skis in the car while we waited, but this was hardly the welcome we were expecting. The apartments themselves were poorly suited for a ski trip. While the bedroom areas were spacious, they lacked proper storage for clothes, let alone ski gear. There’s no wardrobe in the rooms—just an open shelf under the TV—and all the hanging space is in a shared, open area. For two couples, this arrangement was both impractical and awkward. On top of this, there were no bedside lights, so winding down with a book or relaxing in the evenings was an inconvenience. The bathrooms were another major letdown. One bedroom had a huge bathroom, while the other was much smaller, but neither offered proper privacy. As others have mentioned the glazed, only partially obscured, and unlockable bathroom doors were unnecessarily awkward. After a long day on the slopes, you expect comfort and privacy—this setup delivered neither. The kitchen facilities were unsuited for self-catering. The two-ring hob was so small and slow that cooking even simple meals was a hassle. To make matters worse, the advertised toaster wasn’t provided, and it took a lot of back-and-forth with staff to finally get one. Hot water and heating—a necessity after a day of skiing—were another source of frustration. The apartment has no heating or hot water during the day, which meant having shower if you returned early from the slopes wasn’t an option. Even when the hot water was available, the taps and showers took a ridiculous 5-10 minutes to heat up - and the bath water never reached a decent temperature. The apartment’s layout was also problematic. There was a strange abundance of empty floor space but minimal seating. The bench in the living area only fits two people sitting bolt upright, making it impossible for everyone to sit together and relax in the evenings. This lack of comfort really detracted from the experience. The only real advantage of this apartment is its location—it’s centrally located near shops and restaurants. However, it’s still a 5-10 minute walk to the main ski lift. In summary, this apartment is poorly equipped and unsuitable for a self catering ski holiday. With limited storage, a lack of comfort, privacy issues, and frustratingly unreliable heating and hot water, I wouldn’t recommend staying here—especially if you’re traveling with more than two people. Despite its central location, the numerous shortcomings completely overshadow any benefits. Look elsewhere for accommodation that actually caters to skiers' needs.

We arrived to find no one at reception, which, unbeknown to us at the time, is not staffed between 12:00 and 15:00. Thankfully, we had driven and were able to leave our luggage in the car for a few hours. However, this lack of reception service was an inconvenient start to our stay. The apartments themselves were underwhelming. While the bedroom areas were spacious, they lacked proper storage. The only option was an open shelf under the TV, with shared open hanging space in a communal area. As two couples, this arrangement was far from ideal and didn’t offer adequate privacy or organization. The bathrooms were another disappointment. One bedroom had a huge bathroom, while the other was only a reasonable size. However, the glazed walls with partially obscured glass, as others have noted, made privacy an issue and created an uncomfortable environment. The kitchen facilities were poorly equipped. The two-ring hob was tiny and frustratingly slow to heat up, and the advertised toaster was missing. After much back-and-forth with the staff, we eventually managed to get one provided. Additionally, we encountered an issue with lukewarm water throughout the apartment and were told that taps and showers required five minutes to warm up—hardly ideal. The apartment's layout felt strange, with a large amount of empty floor space but minimal and impractical seating arrangements. The bench, as shown in the photos, was only suitable for two people, making it impossible to sit around comfortably in the evenings. The only real upside to this accommodation was its central location, which made it convenient for accessing local amenities. However, it’s worth noting that it’s still a 10-minute walk to the main lift, so not ideal if you’re carrying equipment. Overall, given the various shortcomings—lack of storage, poor kitchen facilities, awkward layout, and privacy issues—I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for more than two people. Despite its location, it’s difficult to justify any more than two or three stars.

Nice modern apartment complex with spacious apartments and pleasant staff. Well located in the centre of town. Good availability of parking space. Breakfast is available however, at a very high price you better treat yourself at coffee with appfle struddle or something else at the piste. Nice sauna and wellness area for after the skiing.

Really great apartments and ideal for our stay as a group of friends. Good location and sensible price. Would have got 5 stars if it hadn't been for the ridiculous glass fronted bathrooms. What were the designers thinking. Didn't ruin our stay but definitely needs a rethink.

First of all, when we came from Munich to Sölden on the Saturday morning the hotel front door was locked and nobody in the reception. We had planned to go skiing directly as we were not to receive the apartment until 15:00 and in order to do that we needed to store our luggage. It looked as though we would have to wait outside the hotel with our luggage until whenever the reception opened, but fortunately a guest walking through a side door took pity on us and showed us a storage room inside where we were able to store the luggage. We - two couples - got apartment No. 106 which was very nice and spacious two room apartment with large open kitchen/living area but...the bathrooms were rather strange. There were two bathrooms, one en suite but the other one was across from the other bedroom, close to the kitchen area and was facing the dining /TV sitting area. Both bathrooms had glass walls, which was rather uncomfortable, especially in relation to the one facing the dining area as the glass wall was to a large extent transparent except for the middle part of the wall. Thus, guests sitting at the dining table or watching television could see whether the person in the "fish bowl" - as one guest in the adjoining apartment called the glass bathroom, - was sitting or standing doing his business. My recommendation to this otherwise nice hotel to is get rid of these bathroom glass walls or at least make them completely opaque such that nothing can be seen through the glass.

Our party booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. They were clean with plenty of space and comfy beds. The spa area and pool were an excellent extra for unwinding. The cooking facilities were adequate for simple meals. The main downside was the frosted glass walls of the bathrooms - a very strange concept! Putting the bathroom light on at night would wake your room mate. Also one bathroom had a frosted panel facing onto the living area so that you were silhouetted for the whole apartment to see whenever using the facilities. It wasn't a major issue but worth considering if you like privacy! The apartments are in an excellent location for restaurants and supermarket. The on-site ski rental is handy. The company also has a branch at the Giggijoch gondola where you can store your equipment, meaning less walking in ski boots.

Apartments look amazing online and are just as amazing in real life!!! We were over the moon with the layout, cleanliness and size of our apartment. Would stay again for sure. Towels were replaced every two days and rubbish taken away.... the whole building is kept really clean and warm. very modern - great ski hire shop in reception so ideal to leave skis and boots - great position for bars / restaurants and short walk to main gondola. would recommend to anyone and would certainly stay again.

Prima hotel/appartement. Ligging tov restaurants, skiliften, supermarkten heel goed.
