Siargao Bleu Resort & Spa

We stayed at Siargao Bleu for a family trip and occupied 4 of the garden rooms. We all had a lovely stay, the rooms were comfortable and the outdoor shower was a nice touch! the resort itself was so beautiful overlooking the ocean and just right outside the hustle and bustle of cloud 9/ general luna area full of trendy stores and restaurants! The pool is huge and was so fun to swim in. The hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming. We were a big group but we all felt very well taken cared of. The only issue we ever had was weak internet connection and fluctuating hot water.. but that’s more of the whole island’s problem. The hotel was great at letting us know about hot water issues and would deliver hot water when needed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again !

They have to have one of the best pools on the island. It's sizable and goes from shallow to deep and it is kept clean with daily cleanings. Since Siargao doesn't have many swimming beaches, as it's a rough surf more suited to surfing, you will be in the pool a lot! The location was great and the people were just outstanding. The food was some of the best we had as well and not hotel overpriced either, and the Happy Hour all day long with discounted drinks, all day long makes any time a good time to sit and relax. The Garden View rooms on the first floor are sizable and have a great shower that has plants in it, but the Villa Rooms are the bomb! Having the pool at your doorstep is great. Now it's not difficult to get to the pool from the Garden or Terrace rooms, but the pool is just off your personal porch makes it that much nicer. And in the Villas, the stone tub looks like it might be silly, but fill it up and get into it and you will be amazed. It's deep and comfortable and is now one of my favorite tubs in all my travels. We had our own butler, who we connected with on WhatsApp, and Abby was a first-class butler who helped us with our Filpino simm cards, wifi issues, and other questions. Paul also helped out on this front when Abby wasn't available. Brandon and Hannah always helped make the breakfast time enjoyable and Merian in housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room tidy. Frankie was an all-around help and had a winning and charming smile. The grounds are great, but it's the people that made the trip stellar. The menu isn't large, but the ceviche, spaghetti, fresh grilled fish, (it was tuna) and BBQ CHicken were so good. Some of the best meals we had on the island. The covered bar at the water's edge was such a great place to hang out and relax. It's always a crapshoot when choosing a hotel from the internet, but this was a winner and you will enjoy it and its location if you school Siargao Bleu Resort & Spa.

The hotel is so nice. Staffs are very polite and accomodating. The food is good. Our room is so cozy and relaxing. Services are best. They offer the best tour. Our tour guide and drivers are kind and with a lot of sense of humor. We liked the pool and it's so big.

Way over-charged for the quality. For P32,000 per night we could have booked in a much more luxurious resort. Poor breakfast, no set up on table, single use sachet of powdered milk for your coffee with a plastic stirrer, thin paper napkins carinderia style. No toaster for bread, margarine instead of butter, no jam. Items run out on buffet and you have to ask all the time. Table with no basic set-up. Loud karaoke at night. No wifi in resort throughout the 4 days stay. I called for internet in the room Thursday, Friday twice only to get it Friday night. Butler service is useless. They ask to be contacted on Whatsapp but don’t reply! A booking request for Thursday dinner was only acknowledged Friday! Room amenities are cheap: 1 sheet toilet paper, no tissue paper, old towels and linens. Basic pillows. I feel sorry for the staff who has to apologize all the time! We rate it 3 star at the most. Positive: Good design, good staff, good location, Big room and bathroom, huge pool next to your room, private terrace, good beach and beach bar.

Terrible experience. Food took forever—one dish never even arrived and had to be cancelled. When we finally got the bill, it was the wrong one and we were overcharged. The bar staff made no effort to accommodate us, and overall the service was shocking. Ended up just having a beer and leaving. Highly do not recommend. Save yourself the trouble and check out the local restaurants instead—much better food and far superior service.

I had high expectations for this resort, but it fell short. The front desk staff were welcoming and even offered a fresh coconut as a welcome drink. Most of the staff were friendly, and the pool area was huge and well-maintained. However, my Garden Deluxe Room had several issues. The outdoor shower didn’t drain properly, causing a bad smell, and the bidet water had an odd odor. The signal was terrible, and the WiFi was mostly unusable, making the Android TV pointless. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited options, and some staff were offering land tours on their day off, which felt unprofessional. Another major letdown was the so-called “personal butler” service. When I arrived, they told me I’d receive a message with my butler’s contact information so I could reach out whenever I needed assistance. But I never got any message, and I ended up not using the service at all during my stay. This was especially frustrating because I had to wait outside my room just to spot a staff member whenever I needed something. Overall, despite the friendly staff, the poor signal, room issues, unreliable butler service, and underwhelming food made my stay frustrating. For the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make serious improvements.
