The location is very good, and the view of the sea is lovely even though you cant swim there. The staff is very friendly, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the room. It was very run down and dated. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks, the mirror was cracked and old, and there were ants all over the room. This was incredibly frustrating especially when it came time to sleep as some would get on the bed. Housekeeping didn't really do a good job of spraying or getting rid of them. I was also very annoyed that I was woken up at 9am on my last day and told that the next guest who would be taking over my room had arrived and I should remember to check out on time. It wasn't the most pleasant stay.

I ordered Room with ocean view, but they didn’t see it. And they was full. They make it up with motorcycle for the few days here. Amazing location. Amazing brake fast

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

Room was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue.

샤르가오에서 그나마 괜찮은 숙소같아요! 물 여과도 어느정도되고 얼리체크인도 가능해서 좋았습니다 다만 키가 하나로만 되어있어 에어컨을 항시 못트는게 살짝 아쉬웠어요

Good location, good service, good value for money. Rooms are big and the food in their restaurant is very good. Their beach front lounge is an excellent hangout place especially late afternoon and evening. The place is a few minutes away from the best dining places in General Luna.

Overall: Great stay, helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and great location near the restaurants, nightlife and cloud 9 surfing beach. Improvements: The bathroom sink was clogged which took a while to drain when brushing your teeth. The bunk bed felt a bit unstable for adults to sleep in.

Staff were nice but inefficient. Breakfast was ordered the night before because of early tour. They took over an hour and mixed up orders. All the other tables were served first considering we ordered the night before. Rooms did not get cleaned even after asking them to clean it.

Here’s a summary of the issues we encountered during our stay: 1. **Motorbike Booking Mismanagement**: We booked a motorbike from the reception the day before and explicitly told them it needed to arrive by 8:00 AM because we had a day tour planned. Despite confirming the day before and reconfirming at 7:30 AM, the bike was still not available at 8:30 AM. They only informed us at that point that it was no longer available. Although they eventually found another bike, it was already too late, causing significant delays to our day. 2. **Breakfast Service Failure**: We ordered breakfast the night before and requested it to be served by 7:30 AM. When we arrived at 7:15 AM, we reiterated our request. Despite being one of the first to arrive, we watched as other tables—including those who came later—were served ahead of us. By the time we complained multiple times, the entire restaurant, including tables near the beach, had already been served. When I escalated the issue to the front desk and asked for the manager, they claimed the manager was unavailable. Even after they called the kitchen again, no food arrived. To make matters worse, a table that sat down after us was served almost immediately. 3. **Room Cleaning Delays**: The resort claims to clean rooms every two days, but when we returned to our room at 4:00 PM after a tour, it hadn’t been cleaned. After following up, they said they would attend to it. However, when the staff tried to clean, my wife was in the shower and asked them to return later. When we came back late at night after dinner, the room was still untouched, with dirty towels left on the floor. 4. **Water Supply Issues**: While my wife and son were showering on separate floors, the water abruptly stopped mid-shower, leaving them covered in soap. This was our last night so our room was never cleaned throughout our stay . 5. **Air Conditioning Problems**: Throughout our stay, the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking, and nothing was done to resolve it. Overall, the resort’s lack of organization, poor communication, and subpar service completely ruined our stay. For the price we paid, we expected much better. I would not recommend Reef Beach Resort to anyone visiting Siargao.

We enjoyed 5 wonderful days at this pretty oceanside location. The beach is rocky and not suitable for swimming, as the Reef Resort name implies. However, the resort has a nice pool and a fabulous view from its restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kind lady at the front desk was particularly helpful with arranging tours and transportation. I definitely would return to the Reef Resort.

Excellent Customer Service- keep it up! Food such as Pancit Guisado and Cordon Bleu are superb! Must try when you visit the place. Lastly, the beach front view is fantastic! The vibes to chill is amazing and it’s a cozy place to dine ansd work.

We enjoyed the food and the customer service, and we are very thankful to the management for giving us the best experience. We also appreciate the quick response and the accommodating, kind people. We had the best time at your place, and we looking forward to coming back again
