I checked in on the afternoon of December 22, paid for my whole stay of 2 nights and was given the key. The manager didn't have change and told me that he'd have the change brought to my room. I proceeded to the room and unlocked it and was surprised at how big it was. In any case, since I was there for business, I took a short nap and prepared stuff for my meeting the following day. I went downstairs and left the key with the manager and was given my change. I got back and got the key to the room which was left on the reception counter. The following day, I got breakfast and the staff was surprised that I was in another room. I told her that I stayed in the room to which I was issued the keys. I went off to my meeting and soon got a text message that I stayed in the wrong room and had to pay additional, much more than the room rate for which I made a reservation. I texted back that I was willing to move to another room. In any case, I had to leave what I was taking care of to move my stuff. Lo and behold, they moved my stuff without my supervision and I was texted to settle the additional fee. Like I don't know why it was my fault to stay in a room to which I was issued the key to. So beware if you stay here because you might be upgraded without your knowledge and asked to pay much more than what you booked.
