Great stay for the price! Comes with a kitchen too, walkable from the station. Great location!

Everything was good. Extending of check out at a fee was easy and was done easily

The hotel is old and the bathroom is not good. You can see paint peeling off.

we did a check in at night and everything went smoothly. concierge recommended a few dining places nearby which are still open. our duplex room is pretty cute and spacious.

Room is clean and comes with the convenience of a small functional kitchen. Bed is comfortable. Location is excellent. Close to the fountain jet, train station and shops. Very quiet as well for the inside facing room we had. Staff are helpful. Recommended

Great location! It’s close to Lake Geneva and is easy to reach by walk. A free traffic pass could be redeemed from hotel and let you get access to the public transport for free.

We had the balcony room but is only assesible via a spiral stair case... Very hard for lots of luggages, sound proofing is not good as well ammenities are goo as expected if apart hotel ( micro wave, fridge ,stove etc)

Very basic, noisy and missing regular cleaning service. To me it is a 3*. The location is very good though.

Conveniently located near the train station (4 mins walk) and in the heart of the city centre. Booked the studio with balcony because it looked good on the website but the stairs took me by surprise… The hotel should have made it more apparently as I was carrying 2 big 23 kg luggage and other hand luggage

The hotel is conveniently located near the Geneva main train station. The distance is walkable for around 5 minutes. It does not have a gym now but cooperates with a gym next to it for CHF10 per entry.

The hotel is near the train station, bus station and the lake. The staff here are amazing. The room is adequate and has everything we need for the 2 nights stay. The pillow feels a bit lumpy thou. But we managed to sleep well still. We were allocated a room on the 6th floor and we have the lake view to our left and mountain view to the right.

Everything is OK, except that the door is a bit difficult to open. Every time I need to try several times.
