這家La Reserve 的服務還是非常impressive！ 我自己提行李下幾級台階，並沒期待服務生幫忙，卻看到有人真的是百米沖刺奔過來；進了大門服務生已經要轉身幹別的了 我一遲疑 服務生馬上回過來問還需要什麼服務？能感受到他們的這種服務精神是真心的 不是敷衍的，贊一個！

Our 3rd visit to La Réserve Genève and it's bliss! We feel right at home. A special note for the NESCENS Spa, with its superb pool in a zen setting of impeccable cleanliness. Private training sessions to achieve your goals, and anti-aging treatments are the order of the day. From aesthetic medicine with Nescens products to holistic care, acupuncture and osteopathy. In addition to personalized treatments orchestrated by highly-trained, peerless therapists, the Spa welcomes renowned practitioners who have mastered their art to serve and please their customers. The Café Lauren is an added bonus for prolonging well-being from the inside out, with fresh, vitamin-packed dishes. For a "Molle du Lac" cure, this 5-star hotel is perfect! Special thanks to hotel manager Clément Hernandez for his kindness and professionalism, and to the excellent team of chambermaids, laundry and catering staff who were always on hand to make our stay a 5- star perfect experience. Best "Swissness" journey Geneva ! ❤️🇨🇭

Amazing experience. We stayed for 4 nights Sunday to Thursday and from the second we arrived it was absolutely brilliant. Special shout out to Reda who was always warm and showed genuine care to us throughout our stay. All staff are exceptional, we had our baby with us and staff at meal times really engaged with her and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was great, kitted out with adapters (which we had not realised are different in Switzerland!), a well stocked mini bar and TV. Beds are very comfortable and a cot was provided for the baby. A very luxurious large bathtub was also available. Our room also opened up onto a large garden area which was great for our daughter to be able to run around. Breakfast buffet was great, a large selection of food available including spring rolls and gyoza! The childcare facility was fantastic too, our daughter loved spending time there and the room is kitted out better than her actual nursery! The gym was very well equipped with every machine we could have wanted. We used the outdoor pool which is both large and warm, with a bar nearby serving food and drink with very attentive staff. If the weather is kind, you can see all the way to Mont Blanc. Reda on reception along with the concierge arranged taxi travel to the Stade de Geneve for the Women's Euros which was the main purpose of our trip. I can not emphasise enough how much we loved La Reserve, I hope we can come back soon. This is a wonderful hotel on the banks of the lake with very easy travel into the city centre. It is a bit more expensive than some other hotels but well worth the extra cost.

We had a very pleasent 1 night stay at La Réserve Genève. The room and the spa were amazing. Special mention for the overall service and the quality of the meals at the Loti Restaurent. No doubt we will come back soon !

Booked a room 1080CHF as king-size bed, but it was actually just two twin beds pushed together. I ended up sleeping on the uncomfortable seam all night and woke up with significant back pain. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, I don’t understand why they cut corners instead of providing a proper king-size mattress. Stop economizing on details. Additionally the guest were hanging there clothes to dry in there terrace which gave the entire property cheap and unkempt appearance and management didn’t addresses after 24h attention to detail really undermines the hotel’s so-called luxury status 👎🏼👎🏼
