Good spot to stay while in Geneva. Had issues with the electricity in my room but the staff was ready to help always, much appreciated!

Fantastic stay from start to finish, Fantastic location perfect for a couple of days stay. Really safe and perfectly located to all public transport. Great and answering questions and responding to any quires. Would really reccomend

Perfectly located in the heart of Geneva’s shopping district with tram and bus stops right at the doorstep. The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms, lovely-smelling toiletries, a cozy lobby bar on the 7th floor. The hotel even provides a link for FREE city transportation upon registration, covering buses, trams, shuttle boats, and trains. For those driving, parking is available at Mont-Blanc car park with but you need to validation at the front desk so that you can get a cheaper rate. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel goes green that u hv many things not provided in the room. Walk to the common room for hot water but the corridor was very dark and creepy. No phone in the room that u can’t call anyone to help the power trip.

Very good location! The room is a good size and very clean. The shower is a little small, and water comes out when you are showering. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Nice hotel inside a mall or shopping center, accessible near old town. They have bar at the lobby, you get free cocktail for each stay / booking. First I booked for 2 nights and they give 1 free drink / adult, but when I dine, get the free drink and ordered other foods, they charged me for the drink which I just noticed after getting back to into the room. So I asked why they charged me and gave me another free stub for another cocktail cause they said they can’t refund. Lol. Then the day, I extended the room, then gave another free stub. But did not use the stub yet. Then after next room extension, they did not give me stub anymore saying I am no longer eligible to get one lol. Haven’t used the other one yet, I mean two cause I extended the room thrice, so what I did is I just gave back the other stub to them cause I don’t have plans to drink. But if they’re just generous to give another stub even I don’t ask for it and did not tell me that I am not eligible. Then I should have dine there and drink in my whole stay. Cause I ate there three consecutive nights, not after the incident that they did not give me another stub. They just have PIZZA anyway, it’s just a purely bar. Nothing special and no options on the menu. The servers are good, but the girl on the check in counter is kinda rude and I felt a discrimation.

Ruby Claire Hotel in Geneva offers a unique experience, though it may not be for everyone. The hotel is in a central location, situated right in the heart of Geneva’s shopping district. Tram and bus access are incredibly convenient, with stops just at the doorstep. It’s also a 10-minute walk to the bus depot for trips into France. However, finding the hotel can be a challenge. It’s not a standalone building but rather occupies part of a mall/office complex, which might confuse first-time visitors. If you’re coming from the main train station, it’s two tram stops followed by a 5-7 minute walk. The reception is located on the 7th floor, and the check-in process is entirely self-service via an iPad. While efficient in theory, the process felt cumbersome, especially with the requirement to provide a home address. Traditional hotel check-ins are certainly more straightforward. The hotel’s design is modern and minimalist but the corridors and ceilings are in black, and are lit only with spotlights. Together with a maze-like corridor design, this aesthetic choice should raise concerns about navigating during emergencies even though there are exit signs. Rooms, on the other hand, are compact yet well-designed, offering a surprising amount of space by European standards. The rain shower and the addition of a Marshall Bluetooth speaker were standout features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Another pleasant surprise was the galley on each floor, offering free-flow coffee and tea—a thoughtful touch for guests. The hotel provides an eco-friendly incentive: opt out of room cleaning and receive a complimentary drink at the bar, which also serves as the reception area. Considering its central location and the thoughtful amenities, Ruby Claire offers excellent value for money in a city as expensive as Geneva. This is a hotel I would recommend to friends visiting Geneva.

Cool and practical hotel in a great location of the centre. It’s perfect for a weekend trip. If you stay longer, the room may be on the smaller side.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location, really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The only downside was the fact that our room was located right next to the elevators, which disturbed our sleep at night.
