Great location, big rooms very clean. Great customer service

It was very comfortable room and thanks for friendly staff and kind system :) And the hotel is in the centre , so many restaurants and beautiful place is really near by hotel! I completely recommend here 🥹

The hotel was in a great location opposite the train station, we arrived quite late in the evening but had no issue checking in. It was clean, comfortable and had toiletries in the en suite. There were free tea making facilities downstairs and a vending machine for coffee. The breakfast was very good, continental with a lot of choices and also scrambled eggs and sausages. There was plenty to go around and staff were continually filling up empty dishes of food with fresh. The coffee was very good! I would definitely stay here again for value for money and ease of the location.

I would like to write all good comments about B&B Hotel. Everything about the hotel was very good; it was clean, stylish and had excellent service. The hotel is in a good location, only 2 minutes away from the Genova Piazza Principe train and metro station and bus stops are just in front of the hotel entrance. I spent a few days with my family and it was an excellent stay. We tried the food also, and it was so yummy and fresh-cooked. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable.

Very central near the bus stop and central station. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Nice room with a view. Perfect for a city break.

Very well located hotel. Everything was good and after this night, I made another reservation to continue my stay after I went the weekend away. Specially Chris at reception, all of them were very helpful.

Check in staff service is good. And room size is good too.

Great location. Surrounded by good restaurants and cafes with a 30 second walk to the train station. Simple but perfect room. Helpful and friendly reception staff.

The best location. In front of the main train station. Friendly front desk. Breakfast was okay.

We got out of the train station and lo and behold, our hotel was just opposite to Piazza Acquaverde! We were welcomed by the very lovely Denise who made us feel at ease immediately and also arranged for our room to be changed from a double to a twin room. The hotel was reasonably clean despite pets being allowed inside and our room was nice and clean too. The room had a security safe as well as a fridge and air conditioner. I was very surprised to see bidet in the bathroom and was won over just by that, ha! The shower gel the hotel provides smelled amazing and was of great quality and was placed in the shower, near the wash basin and another next to the bidet. One minor gripe was that there was no kettle provided in the room but there was one at the back of the reception which we could use. Another small issue was the memory foam mattress and pillows (I understand this comes down to personal choice). The pillows were too low but Christian, another amazing person, managed to arrange some extras for us - {Shhh, this was supposed to be a secret! ;-) } The breakfast hall had a very good selection of food and drink items and cake too! I enjoyed a slice for 3 mornings in a row and my tummy yearns for more! Christian was excellent in his services and communication and gave me a good insight into the life in Genova and also what areas to avoid and what areas to visit so we found this particularly helpful when deciding where to go. Anyone should go to B&B Genova just for Christian, he is that good of a host! Any visitors, please be reminded to shut the door and gate when leaving the lift. Denise had to go all the way up to the 5th/6th floor to send the lift down and it just adds to the hard work the hosts are already doing (People appeared to be flocking to this B&B and the staff never got the chance to breathe it seems!). I hope you are paying Denise well because she really deserves it because dealing with that many people in a day, I could not do it! Denise & Christian need to be recognized by the management because they are indeed two very hard working and exceptional people who are the face of B&B Genova and excel in the hospitality department. I wish I could see and chat to you guys again!!! I am also missing the old style lift of the hotel, the very friendly and helpful reception personnel and the general atmosphere of the place. B&B definitely made our stay in Genova a pleasant and easy one and I would love to stay there again!
