The room was large, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. We slept well on our nights there! We chose it because of the good reviews and we would stay here again. Location was great . I give it a must stay, and if I ever come back to Genova I'll be sure to stay there again.

Poor maintenance - plugs not working, and when you want to unplug the whole piece comes out. Hotel very old. Some services of the hotel were diminished due to an event inside the hotel, and the access to some areas restricted (no access to the main and nicer restaurant), so we had to leave the hotel and look for a restaurant in the city. Live Music during that event till 24:00, so the other guests couldn’t sleep. To access the hotel we waited 15 minutes in the barrier, no idea how to enter, you need to press SOS button 😳 I know other NH hotels with 4Stars and this one doesn’t deserve this level. The best of the hotel: the service and treatment. This is the unique thing which has this hotel that is 4Stars

L’hotel nulla da dire , bella la location, la camera davvero carina con tutte le comodità ma la grossa pecca è stata la colazione…. Orario previsto dalle 7 alle 10. Alle 9 non era più disponibile nulla se non la parte salata. Chiesto se per favore avessero la possibilità di servirci una Brioches per la bambina o della focaccia o del pane semplice bianco ma dopo 40 min eravamo ancora a secco e in attesa….. mi spiace ma se dovessi recensire l’atteggiamento del servizio breakfast allora dovrei aprire un dibattito… vergognoso.

Gradevolissimo hotel con camere spaziose e bella vista sulle barche attraccate. Silenzioso gradevole riposante . Colazione essenziale ma completa. Personale disponibile . Sembra di essere in un porticciolo di un villaggio ma Genova è a un tiro di schioppoChe vuoi di più ?

Um bom local para se hospedar se estiver aguardando voo pois ele se situa bem perto do aeroporto internacional de Génova. O hotel fica distante do aeroporto 1km, portanto se estiver com malas precisará de algum transporte até o aeroporto e o hotel não dispõe de transfer. Foram muito gentis, sairíamos antes das 6 h da manhã, prepararam uma cesta com biscoitos e iogurte para nós na noite anterior. Para quem quer passear por Genova eu não recomendo pois fica um pouco distante.

A parte le traversie per arrivarci causa lavori, la posizione a bordo mare é interessante. Da novembre a marzo non c’è il portiere di notte!!!. Camera piccola, bagno ampio, pulizia da rivedere. Il prezzo nella media. Tutto ciò detto come spesso succede é un 3 stelle pubblicizzato come un 4 stelle.

Posizione top direttamente sul mare, parcheggio a pochi metri, camera spaziosa e arredata con gusto accanto a diversi ristoranti....svegliarsi con il mare fronte letto è sicuramente un bel risveglio...nulla da dire se non che consigliarlo a tutti.

Aimé ma rispetto al mio ultimo soggiorno presso questa struttura questa volta le cose non sono andate come speravo, mai in quasi trent'anni che giro per l'Italia e quasi sempre in strutture a 4 stelle, mi sono ritrovato in stanza il bidoncino pieno di pannolini usati, di cui aimé non me ne sono accorto subito x la fretta ma solo al rientro dalla cena. Fortunatamente mi è stata subito cambiata la stanza, x cui si trasloca tutto a pochi metri ma anche in questa stanza la cura dei dettagli non era da 4 stelle, mi sono dovuto riavvitare la staffa che regge la TV al muro in quanto questa era in obliquo causa viti allentate. Mi chiedo ma rifare le stanze in un 4 stelle dai prezzi non proprio a buon mercato significa solo rifare il letto?
