A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The aircon was off when we stay in this hotel on April due to hotel policy .

Déçu à notre arrivée , chambre pas propre, poussière et saletés au sol. Mitigeur d eau chaude baignoire très difficile à régler pour avoir une eau tiède. Ou trop chaude ou froide. Matelas inconfortable!!!! Trop usé. On a mangé au resto de l hôtel et c était très bon.

Wirklich das beste Hotel in Ligurien, in dem wir waren. Wir konnten sogar schon um 11.30 Uhr ohne Aufpreis einchecken. Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet. Es ist mitten in Genua am Hafen. 1A!

Шикарный отель. Расположен в историческом центре, на пирсе вблизи старого порта, но пр этом удобно доехать на автомобиле, есть парковка. Комфортабельный, просторный номер с удобными кроватями. Отличный завтрак.

酒店就在碼頭上，停車場上有好幾個黑人在搭訕，並強行送東西，然後和你要錢。酒店位置好，但是裏面設施比較舊，性價比不高

Ottimo 4 stelle ubicato nel porto antico a due passi dal centro storico di fronte all'acquario. Ho prenotato una camera con balcone e vista sul porto e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia per la pulizia che per l' ampio spazio a disposizione, compreso nella camera 4 capsule di caffè Lavazza con relativa macchina , una bottiglia d'acqua da 1/2 litro oltre ai vari infusi da usare con il bollitore. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, la sala da pranzo arredata molto bene in stile nave con cime e inserti di vele ma non invadenti. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e ottimi ingredienti, cappuccino o caffè fatti al momento e serviti al tavolo. Anche se per una notte è un esperienza da ripetere

Отель высокого качества расположенный в самом порту Генуи. Центр города и достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности 10-15мин ходьбы. В отеле так же находится приятный лаундж-бар и ресторан с видом на порт. Номер в котором мы проживали (самый дешевый) превзошёл наши ожидания- очень большой номер (примерно в полтора-два раза больше чем номера подобного класса в других отелях) с огромной кроватью и ванной комнатой с раздельными ванной и душевой кабиной на выбор. В целом можно сказать что NH Hotels держит свой хороший уровень.

Siamo stati io e mio marito solo una notte. L’albergo è molto bello in una posizione ottima, di fianco all’acquario di Genova. La colazione molto abbondante, mio marito ha anche usufruito della palestra, il personale molto accogliente, parcheggio interno molto utile in una città come Genova! Con Tips abbiamo anche un po’ risparmiato. Torneremo sicuramente!
