The price speaks for the place. Air-con was great very strong, and the reception was pleasant. Not very clean but good enough (i.e. stain on towel, slight greyish pillow cover). Amenities provided are the bare necessities (toothbrush, toothpaste, body+shampoo). We stayed at a lower floor (level 2) and because it was over PH, we could hear some clubbing music at night which disturbed our sleep. Bathroom felt like those in the cruise cabin. Overall, still worth for the price.

This is very good hotel with nice food and awesome location just 700m away from the Tunjungan Plaza which is a great shopping mall not to missed !

The room is comfortable and clean. The access of hotel also easy, you can find a grab or gocar easily to access the other destination.

Location is hear to mall which is very nice. Sadly there is a dancing club behind of it and tge sound is very disturbing.

"This hotel is very convenient for all types of travelers. It's also spacious, making it ideal for family trips. I loved the bed and pillow, which were very comfortable to sleep on. The mall is just a short walk away, less than 10 minutes, and there are street food options nearby. The service by the staff is awesome—friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit this hotel again on my next trip."

Ibis Surabaya is a centrally located hotel in the city centre. The overall service was good. The breakfast was good too. Overall it was a pleasant stay in this hotel for me.

Unlike other IBIS hotels in Asia, the IBIS Surabaya City Center Hotel needs to be renovated. The guest rooms are old and poorly maintained, and the bathrooms need deep cleaning.

Great location because near from surabaya city center. Breakfast menu was okay even it didn't have much choice but the taste was quite tasty. Small room, little bit noisy but clean and good view.
