No hairdryer in the room. When we requested for hairdryer they said it was used by other guest hence we had to wait till next day to get hairdryer from them. The next day, only when we asked again then we finally were given a hairdryer. Too crowded during breakfast.

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

Good place to stay, clean and peaceful

The location within walking to Tunjungan Plaza and next to HokKy Supermarket is the best part of this hotel. It is a bit old but the room is well equip , quiet and comfortable. Service is excellent as the front desk, restaurant and concierge staffs are so friendly . Definitely value for money

The hotel room was huge and the service staff were able to cater 3 single beds to us (which I feel is quite rare for hotels to do that) and we had the best sleep in the hotel. Hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties! The service staff was amazing and they were able to assist all our requests such as getting us a taxi to the airport and checking in on the massage services provides by the hotel. P.s the massages services is usually full and hence do make reservation at least 2-3days in advance.

Good hotel, but the toilet facilities not enough clean, under bed have a lot of dust. The cleaning service need do more clean. Thank you.

Great location near the train station. Friendly staff, English spoken. Large room with huge comfortable bed, very clean, excellent hot shower. We arrived from Bromo lacking sleep and slept peacefully here for 10 hours, very quiet, good soundproofing. There was a damp patch on the wall (see photo) but the room itself was not damp so not a problem, and we did kill a couple of small roaches but again not a problem. Nice views of the city. Excellent breakfast of fresh fruit and asian choices, enjoyed the sauteed greens, veg curry, tofu and tempe. We enjoyed our stay very much, refreshed and ready for our onward journey to Yogyakarta. Highly recommend, would stay again. To improve, the hotel could provide filtered water dispensers to remove the need for plastic bottled water in rooms.

Prices are good, staffs are friendly. Only downside: there's a cockroach in my room :(
