Amazing stay at Jo&Joe, full of toung people who like to live and party , the staff very very helpfull and friendly , for sure i will be back in this place !

Good place to stay. I would avoid the included breakfast as there are nearby bakeries and restaurants that provide better value. The shower room had mould growing in the ceiling which I would think would be a high priority to address as it leave me with a bad impression of how hygiene is conducted at this hostel.

Really relaxed and helpful staff. Super clean rooms and definitely attracted cool vibes.

The bathroom is really clean. Even though it's a bunk bed, it doesn't feel too uncomfortable. It's nice to be close to the station. It was nice to have an elevator.

It was like a hell. No management No cleanliness. Worst dormitory I have ever seen.

Guys That s france service, you cancel ahead of 3 days and they refuse to give the money back. Service should be a basic target for hotels. Seems they don t have such un that place

It was very clean but it is really far from city center. You should consider buying daily ticket.

It was poor anyway Whenever someone move everyone woke up because of the noise. Dirty kitchen...

Decent hostal for short stays.

I was so sick yesterday that I stayed alone in the hotel realising the tissue paper roll was used up. I then went to the reception asking for a refillment. I was queuing up and soon finally stood in front of the reception table. The receptionist is a lady called Amandine was like literally in front of me, holding a piece of memo and acted like busy doing her stuff on the computer. I was being ignored for at least 10 mins. While I was waiting and saying excuse me?', she acted like she didn't hear. I was thinking if you are really that busy, should you tell me ‘Hi Miss, please wait me for awhile' instead of just ignoring? There was a French family suddenly came up and asked her few questions. Yet Ms. Amandine immediately responded with a big smile, still she treated me like nobody. Until there was another receptionist backed to his station asking what he can help, I can finally get my tissue paper roll to deal with my diarrhoea and puking. Can’t imagine how bad this hostel can be when it is under the pronounced Accor Hotel group. Such a shame. Think twice before you act please, do you think it is the right way in hospitality? RIP Accor for hiring such person working in hospitality.

Good location easy access to RER B and Metro line 11. Great vibe. No service due to it is a hostel. Cleanliness was ok
