given the lowest floor unit with bad view ,water heater not enough for families ,the last 2 member almost get cold water to shower need improvement

It was alright but they did not have an offical reception , plus all the registration was done at my news felt off, but the room was alright

The room was fine but I really regret booking a week here. The area is really boring if you don't like to gamble. I thought I would be able to hike through the hillsides but if you walk down the wrong road the police will kick you out. a really horrible town to spend your time.

I booked two rooms in same hotel to find they are in different buildings.. ended up staying in terrible and cold 2-room unit with broken washroom window and wind noise .. the place is dirty and toilet is disgusting.. unbelievably terrible experience..

⭐ Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Unprofessional Hotel! I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel and want to warn other travelers to stay away. First, the room was not clean at all — it was stinking and smelling bad, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. Despite this, the staff charged me 50 ringgit in cash just for 30 minutes of early check-in, which is absurd. Then, even though I had a two-day booking, they refused to provide daily cleaning service and demanded 75 ringgit in cash for room cleaning after just one night. This was never mentioned anywhere during booking. Finally, things got even worse at checkout. We had two rooms booked — one key was left inside the room (clearly on the table), and the other was handed over at reception. As soon as we left, the staff falsely claimed that the key was missing. The man at the counter threatened to file a police complaint if we didn’t pay. He then demanded 100 ringgit, and when I said I would pay via Trip.com, he said “No, cannot be done” and instead forced me to transfer the money to his personal bank account! In total, they made me pay 50 + 75 + 100 ringgit = 225 ringgit extra in cash, outside of the official Trip.com booking. This is completely dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical behavior. This experience has left a very bad impression. I strongly urge Trip.com to take immediate and serious action against this property. Such hotels should not be listed on your platform. ❌ Totally unacceptable — do not ever book this hotel!
