Recommended. Very clean n nice view. Will come again. Restaurant below building and level 7 . Not that much but ok. Very near to genting too. Toiletries are ok too. Only need to buy your own mineral water.

We booked 3 units with 2 bedrooms and they gave us 3 rooms in the same tower, tower 1. I have friends who booked at the same time on their own and they were given rooms in tower 2 and tower 5. The room is maintained by maple home and they were able to keep the rooms well. Rooms are very spacious and well lit. The master room has a bath tub but only downside is the glass panel that covers the tub is only 1/4 size so whenever we shower, water comes out that we always need to request for a bathroom mat. We were here 2 yrs ago, and stayed in a different tower maintained by a different company, sky d’mont. They used to have a hotel lobby before but now, they replaced it with convenience store and coffee place. We noticed that the outside facade of the building is not maintained as it looks old, needs repainting. Overall experience is good with a value for money. The price for our 3 night stay is equal to the 1 night stay to the new wyndham hotel.

The hotel is super clean.. Down stay have so many shop and place to relax....morning view also beautiful.. I never use the aircon. Because they place is cold..

My second time stayed in this suites, but using different platform.. this time i was booked thru trip.com, the rooms cleanliness are much more better than the rooms that i booked with other travel platform.. highly recommended to book thru trip.com 👍👍👍👍👍

Arrived at the hotel a bit late in the wee hour (11.50pm) but nevertheless was able to check in. As usual, the place is huge and chances to get lost is high for a first timer. The amneties and services is good.

Place is fine but to locate the key access pick up is confusing

The room is okay But the lift is too packed during check out..we have to wait for almost 20mins before we can check out For those with babies & strollers they need to wait longer time

The best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Thank you again, will definitely come here again and highly recommended.

super inlove w the place! it was clean and comfortable! although it was a distance away, we definitely will come back and i do appreciate nadia and nisa for understanding the late check in and out we have! highly recommend to those who’d wanna stay at genting highlands!

A bit confusing because the had a few block of buildings…and check in counter is at level 3 car park the myvi car😂

1.No free parking. Parking so expensive. Per entry rm8. Meaning if u go in and out 3 times for tht day you paying rm24. Not included your overnight parking rm20. This making very inconvenient if you wanted to go Genting top hill many trip per day. No place for you to temporary park ur car. 2. No clear instructions where to unload ur luggage. Thus u need to hand carry all your luggage frm tower 7 to tower 1. Crossing the outdoor busy road. Very inconvenient for elderly and kids, especially raining. Picture as attached. 3. We booked 2 rooms apartment but only provide 1 lift access card. No extra card will be provided! Imagine u hv many families members sharing 1 card. 4. Floor sticky and sofa clothes dirty. 5. Rm200 deposite cash is required if u want your money back fast.

Very comfortable , clean , complete things . Great .
