Resorts World Genting – Genting SkyWorlds Hotel recensioner

Great experience staying in this hotel. Service was good, friendly staff too. Room was huge bed is comfortable and the best part is their pillows not the typical hotel pillow it feels like I'm at home. No aircon but it's ok they have an electric fan and it is cold especially at night. Separate toilet and bath, and it's clean. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Definitely will come back with my family.

The room was comfortable and the shower facilities is good. The location is a bit far away from sky avenue, need to walk awhile.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way,and the staffs went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Smooth check in with self kiosk, if got problem the staff will politely help👍🏻the room also comfortable

Sound proof of the room not really good can heard someone talking in the morning but others all good!!!!

2nd time staying here after 5 years. kids still love the theme. we got a room on a different block which is quite far from the lobby. not quite convenient though there's link bridge. room is considered clean overall. it's just that feeling slightly insecure as we are given the last room, staircase is just next to our room. parking is far away. but view from hotel is nice. Satisfying overall as I got a cheap price. considered well maintained as not much difference compared to 5 years ago.

Good location. Room was clean and big , simple and new design, Nice balcony with very good view .

We stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel at Valley Wing (located at adjacent building) - Quads Room and the amazing place. There was also q balcony where you could have a nice view for taking photos.. 😀

The theme of the rooms are very suitable for families w kids, also prefer such room setup as it makes the rooms appears newer and refreshing. Check in was seamless, easy and fast thru the self checking booths located around the lobby. Would certainly choose this hotel whenever we decide to visit w kids in tow. But one bad thing of the room is definitely the sound proofing, i could hear the conversations of the room next to mine, i even mistakenly open my door when i heard the door bell ringing only to realised the ringing was for the room next to mine. Midnight could also hear the loud exhaust of bikes/cars.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Genting Skyworlds Hotel, and I can’t speak highly enough about the level of service and the quality of the stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in and check-out were smooth. However, the highlight of our experience was the exceptional care provided by Mr. Rusman. Late one evening, our helper began experiencing severe gastric issues, and Mr. Rusman immediately went above and beyond to ensure her well-being. Mr Rusman stepped in without hesitation and arranged for an ambulance, which arrived promptly within five minutes. He went above and beyond by personally accompanying my husband and my helper to the clinic, assisting with the registration process, and staying with them until our helper received the necessary medical treatment. Once the doctor cleared her, he also ensured they had transportation back to the hotel.This act of kindness and genuine concern for others made a world of difference in what could have been a stressful situation. It’s rare to encounter such caring and attentive staff, and Mr. Rusman’s efforts truly made our stay memorable. I am incredibly grateful for his support and for the hotel’s overall exceptional service. I highly recommend Genting Skyworlds Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guest.

Everything was good, but unfortunately the main entrance of theme park across the hotel was closed so we have to go to other way from the sky avenue mall which is a little bit far.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Genting theme park, making it an excellent choice for families and thrill-seekers. Easy access to attractions and entertainment. Highly recommended for a fun-filled stay!

The room is reasonably priced, but we were assigned one in the Valley Wing, which required a longer walk and was farther from the mall. The downside is that the room directly faced the car park, making us feel unsafe, as it seemed like anyone could easily climb up and peek through the window. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3days here.. Overall, it was ok, but we were unable to sleep during night times as the windows sounded like anything due to heavy wind. I would suggest not to take room on the high floor . Immediate action is to be taken by resort management.
