The location of Scapes Hotel is also ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was throughout the hotel. suprisingly, we can play at pool until 10pm.. I came on summer so it’s not a prblm at all. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Scapes Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

All is good! But the bathroom door needs to have latch & lock. The partition glass that separates the shower room and bedroom should be laminated properly to provide more privacy.

my always go-to hotel whenever i'm in Genting! Scapes never disappoints, decent room size, 3 star price with 5 stars in-room amennities. In room Sandals, toothbrushes, shower cap, even lotions are provided! Location wise, better to have own transport to move around, it is 5 mins away from the main street.

Overall we are happy with this hotel At night the way we go back to the hotel, the road condition is quite bad actually and very dark, would advise to take note Definitely will definitely come back to this hotel, thumbs up !

everything js good. i very enjoyed my stay here. the only thing i would like to recommend is, the table quantity for their breakfast is too many until it make difficult for people to sit and walk

Hotel opened for 4 years already but still looks nicely maintained and clean. Price is good for a 1 night stay. Receptionist is friendly. Toilet provides body wash and hair conditioner soap. Toothbrush, hairdryer towels are clean. Water pressure is high and have quick water heater. However, bedding was not so comfortable. Location was not that convenient compare to other places, the road toward this place was not well lit with streetlight and you have to drive through construction area. Aside from the location and bedding, everything was good.

Clean hotel with good breakfast. I like this hotel and the price is considered cheap with all the amenities provided.

The ambience is great. The hotel is within 1 km of a small town where you can get all the amenities. There are restaurants, speedmart, Petron station , Family Mart , self service laundry etc. Nearby to GHPO (need to drive there) where you can either shop there or park your car and get on the cable car to First World theme park.

Very long distance to skyway Genting, grab charges a lot of money in the evening almost rm 69.00 and in morning rm 20. The hotel is in a remote location nearby there is no eateries and no light. Pros - The buffet breakfast was a bit acceptable. The swimming pool was basic. They have Coway machine for water so drinking water is not a problem. Cons - Front desk female staff was so rude when I told that I have permanent residency and I am exempted for tourism tax , I already pay my income tax and my company income tax every year in malaysia, she was so rude she completely disappointed our day. The rooms are small and bathroom is very small but in the picture it looks big. When the bell boy saw us with 6 luggage he ran away finally we took our luggage by ourself. Shortage of staff both in restaurant and other house keeping Other staffs in the restaurant are good and polite.
