This property located at a good location in genting permai where surrounded with many facilities such as KK mart, 7eleven, food stall, starbucks, patrol station. The aparment amenities is quite good where has a roof top swimming pool. Indoor ping pong room & gym. About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

To begin with, check-in was horrible. 5 staff working at the office with 2 person doing the ‘check-in’ . I was there earlier but was told strictly check-in at 3pm . Upon returning for 3pm check-in the line was horrendously long. It took me more than 35 mins just to check in. They should have been prepared for the surge of check-in if they are so strict about - strictly 3pm! The room is nicely setup but is not clean. The fan , washing machine , cooking hood are all in bad condition. My whole body got itchy sleeping on their bed. But that’s not the worst. The worst is , the unit is right next to the main road, you will hear cars and motor racing up the hill every 30min the entire night. All of us had sleepless night at this hotel. The next day we are all tired and exhausted from the sleepless night. I will never stay here anymore. Geo38 is way better

contrusction at opposite the condo, early morning about 8.00am start working very noisy , make people stay uncomfortable also cannot sleep well

Mould in room, you get this room view which is a construction view the room says 1 king and queen bed but its 1 king and 2 single beds. You need to walk 12 Minutes after you get your keys to check in and also check out as the check in counter is in different building. Overall a horrible experience

Enjoy the short stay with family. The view so nice and the facilities complete.

All was good, until i use washing machine and the water leak to all places. Make me do the job cleaning. But overall the places is nice and comfortable.

Very hard to refund disposit back wait amols 1 month..if no ask then they will no refund back..frist time stay and last time ! Check in and room is different place !

Hotel is pretty new and well located convenient to shops and eateries which operates almost 24/7. Very accessible to everywhere includes Premium Outlets which is 5mins away and 20mins to Highland by drive. Well worth the value for money. Will come back again.

When you walked in , it has home feeling . Comfortable . One thing bad , the water smells during the bath . Price is very affordable during low season or weekday

Very noise, short of type of utensils, no visitor parking, didn’t provide extra garbage bag but want us to keep it clean, not suitable for families. Homestay check out time is 11am, there’s 1 hour earlier compared to other Homestay, Check in at Geo38, not the residence lobby. Definitely won’t come again

Check in and out process was smooth. Staffs were helpful and courteous. The apartment was relatively new and well kept. Would have been useful to provide operating instructions for the washing machine. Overall, satisfied and good value.
