Book at your own risk! 🤡 Overpriced unit with foreign worker rental house standard. Both units I booked are extremely dirty. It was a shame as all family members are complaining about the cleanliness and their bad experience. Floor was sticky, 4 water heaters malfunction, doors broken, kitchenware are terribly dirty, toilet rack full of dust and mould, and you can find out their funny diy rack. Wifi cannot use and the hilly place has poor reception. Their customer service was not responsive at all. Funny part was, we were not allowed to check in early, thus we had to go to geo38 at 3pm and stuck in the long queue for an hour. By the time we got our key, it was almost 4.30pm. Be ready to waste your time there. There was a funny option for you to top up and “upgrade” and stay in geo38 to skip the long check in queue. Car park wise, 1 unit 1 parking lot. The parking lot they arranged was so funny. We stayed in Tower 1 and Tower 2 but the parking lots we got were in Tower 3 haha. Get ready to drive very deep in to Tower 3 car park and walked a long way back and take lift from car park to level 1 and walk to your tower and take lift back to your unit. Good thing was we are able to request extra parking lot from the security guard. I thought this price can get a matching standard stay but all of us were so disappointed. Overall, it was totally worthless and ruined our holiday mood. And after this I personally think that staying in genting hotels are better and can save more time than staying in any homestay in mid-hill. If you prefer to stay mid-hill, can consider other properties as Midhills is quite old. And maybe choose other operators rather than 7stonez. They just want to take your money without doing anything.

Stay was average; I would recommend booking a hotel instead. However, it was okay overall.

Hafiz (part time or intern, not sure if got the name correctly) who helped us with the transfer deserves to be recognised. He was accommodating and helpful. The residence was perfect for families. Loved the space and layout of the unit which was really suitable for us. Accessible to eateries, minimarts, outlet and resorts world. Overall is great!

The room & toilet are clean. If you are going to book rooms at Midhills, remember to bring your slippers and toiletries because they don't provide that stuff. It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird. Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future.

Please do not book rooms at Midhills, try to read through the reviews first. To check in at a room at Midhills you'd have to first go to Geo38 residences, which is above 2 km away, not easy for walking after a journey. Even if you have a car it is incredibly inconvenient to check in and check out at a location that is 2 km away from the residence area. Beware of that. Book rooms at geo838 directly instead. We upgraded our room from midhills to geo38 for 50 rm despite already paying for the room. They don't mention it in the app.

Receptionist different location difference hotel , after registration must drive 2-3 km other place to check in . Is not convince to do check in and out

Very bad. First and last to be here. Location is to far away at the back. The very bad thing is the parking. You park at tower 3. But your room at tower 2. You have to walk lebih kurang 300meter. And the parking was horror. And quiet. The room is oldskool. Tv dont have channel. And the bed at first was okay. But after you pull the blanket it was sandly. Dont know come from where. Serious. First and last

The room itself was okay but the location was not convenient at all, check-in location is far from the accommodation itself and you have to book your own transport from and to the check-in/out point this’ so inconvenient for travellers who don’t have car. The hotel management was not good in terms of managing the check ins, all the rooms they handle are allowed to check in at 3pm which result to long queuing by the time guests are allowed to check in. Check in starts at 3pm but you’ll probably finish and arrive at the room an hour past or more. The after stay experience is also horrible, i left something at the room and cant even receive a response from their contacts.

I booked for my parent because all hotel in genting area was fulled. Not so friendly especially for senior citizen. Finding parking & room like a maze.

All good, just tv not working. Was expecting to at least can watch few channels but was unable to do so. Should highlight that tv was not working at all
