Friendly staff and polite. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel room is very spacious. They also provide a free shuttle bus to the Premium outlet which is convenient.

The hotel room is quite spacious. The best thing is, the hotel provides lots of activities for kids and families.

Very nice food at Smokehouse beside pool for dinner. Ala carte breakfast at The Lodge facing Lawn also very nice. Murtabak and roti telur very nice. All the fruits at the onsite fruits stall taste really good. Can buy their cut fruits platter to try different types of fruits. Overall very nice and resort ambience with plentiful activities for families.

Good maintenance for the tennis court, keep it up! The building is abit old but still looks decent

Stayed at Genting Awana Resort and really enjoyed the experience. The resort is surrounded by greenery, giving a peaceful retreat away from the busy hilltop crowd. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Facilities like the heated pool and golf course are well maintained, and the shuttle service to SkyAvenue is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A great choice if you prefer a quieter stay while still being close to Genting Highlands attractions.

It's a newly refurbished room. Free shuttle bus to GPO and cable car. As there's 1 lift under maintenance, the lift waiting time is slightly longer.

2nd trip in 3 months. We love the ambiance here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were cosy and comfortable. Our kids loves staying here. Definitely will come here again in the future.

The beds were clean but there were ants that started apprearing on the beds and thw blankets were also torn and had holes. There was a lot of space in the room with big beds and Netflix to watch, but the table was too small since the bigger table had the TV on it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Awana Genting Highlands and really enjoyed my time there. The location is slightly away from the main Genting area, which makes it quieter and more relaxing — perfect for a short getaway.

Resorts World Awana offered a pleasant weekend getaway from the city, though the property feels dated and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was satisfactory with a fair variety of options

One lift was under maintenance. The bathroom lock was faulty. One of the bed was sagging. No one asked how our stay was during check out. Everything else is good.

I I always enjoy my stays here, especially the breakfast — it’s consistently great! The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. The café and surrounding areas, including the golf course, are pleasant and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the views are absolutely wonderful.
