Resorts World Genting - First World Hotel recensioner

Check in system and procedure are terrible and chaotic. Staffs are trained well to explain to guests and made many unhappy guests waiting for hours to check in. This is my worse experience checking in a hotel.

A convenient accommodation with no frills So expect large crowds on weekends and public holidays

I arrive may 1 2025 , my check in time is 3pm. But my real check in time is 8pm . The service of front desk is very bad . Me and my family waiting for so long time check in . i am not recommend for this Hotel .

I haven't been to Genting in 15 years, and this trip to Genting left me with a rare experience. To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly. The room is older, but it's still clean. Decorated leisure area, personal feel very stewed, not as comfortable as before cool. You'll get lost in there. Fortunately, there are more restaurants there, and the price will certainly be a little more expensive than normal. It is also suitable for people who like to shop. These are all personal opinions.

So far a good. Tower 1 is near yo go any where. Just got the smoking smell, maybe is because at smoking floor.

Firstly hotel staff can't locate the booking. The staff took almost 1 hour to search for my booking ad there system is ready outdated. They cannot search by booking number but using names. And staff needs to key in different combination of names, family names, middles names etc to search??? Many customers waiting at lobby to be check in, only one staff at the check in machine. Room is dark, window is dark, opened window also dark, can't see sunlight even day time. TV is not working, telephone operators no one pick up call.

Checking in was such a struggle… We need to fall in line at the “check in kiosk” area since we booked online. Took us almost 2 hrs. You can request for a room view upon check in only, with additional fee. The room is old but its quite clean. The hair blower is not working, and the safety box. No wifi, toothbrush and bottled water

Waiting time to check in is very long… other than that location is ok.

Tower 3 comes with free WiFi. Small room that comes with a refrigerator. Comfortable and good cleaning service provided.

Hotel is old. Confusing check in, waited for 3hrs for a simple process, but was give 3 different instructions from the lobby. Staff was rude especially the ladies staff. No instruction no signage to inform guests where to go for breakfast. Only 2 mini bus shuttle between hotels and unable to manage the crowd. Definitely Not value for money.

Our recent stay at First world hotel in Genting Highlands was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our entire experience feel welcoming and relaxed.

The customer service was rude. I booked breakfast through Trip.com, but the hotel didn’t acknowledge it. Trip.com compensated me, but the hotel’s service was terrible. The hotel rooms deceive guests about breakfast.

Clean and quiet room, water dispenser provided nearby lift lobby. Nice view from the room🤗

The experience during check in was bad. Being asked to go to the number counter. Long queue to get number, but then the staff at the number counter said no need numbers. He asked me to go to other counter and look for a staff for assistance. Have to queue again. Only one check in counter with assistance from a staff. When my turn came, the computer 'hang'. Have to wait for the staff to check me in. Then I have to go to another self check in counter to pay rm3 using credit card. The camera at the counter couldn't be used to scan QR code. Really hustle. Parking is not free. Hotel guests need to pay parking using TouchNgo card. The hotel room was okay. Small room but comfortable enough for one night stay.
