Great stay close to everything we needed and would definitely book there again, great service and easy to book

What a lovely place to stay? They say: First impressions last, i fully agree with it regarding Outeniqua Inn. From the reception, the property and the peace and quiet we immediately decoded to book another night. I promised to bring my son and his family from Simonstown to experience the same quality of service in a very safe, neat and beautiful property. Well, done, guys i will recommend this proprty to any one who need and deserved breakaway.

They didn't know I was booked when I arrived, although I had checked in via a link they sent me, so I had to wait outside while they cleaned the room. I didn't have breakfast on the first morning because they didn't know it was included in my booking. I didn't eat because by 7h45am food was not yet ready. I didn't have breakfast again on the Thursday because the kitchen opened around 7h30am. When I returned to the BnB on Thursday afternoon (16h00), my room had still not been cleaned, so again I waited outside while they cleaned it. The cleaning lady is always on the phone talking loudly for hours on end in the corridors, so one can't relax in peace and quiet.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, luke made us feel at home:) the location was very clean and safe, the breakfast was scrumptious even though it was raining they have air conditioning to keep you warm, the fireplace made or cold night beautiful and warm

The property offers free off-street, covered parking, use of the pool, an outdoor seating patio, a TV lounge and use of the microwave in the kitchen. The room includes hot Beverage/making facilities. The housekeeping that I experienced was not good.

We have been really tired from all the driving at our roadtrip and I think I never slept as good as at our stay at Outeniqua Inn. The bed was very comfortable, the service was excellent, the room was clean. Very nice people. Nothing to complain.
