I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There's a 24-hour mart just downstairs, which makes it super easy to grab snacks or drinks anytime. The location is excellent – lots of popular restaurants and night markets are within walking distance. Perfect for food lovers! A few things to keep in mind: The TV isn’t a smart TV, so only local channels are available No conditioner provided, and the shampoo can be a bit drying – if you have long hair, it’s better to bring your own Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Location is great. But I feel it lacks other amenities of the same cost. But overall great experience.

Location is very convenient to everywhere. Room is big and cozy. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Free coffee 24/7.

citadines georgetown was wonderful, my partner and i enjoyed our stay there for sure. it was near your usual tourist areas like armenian street etc and had lots of food/massage parlour nearby. checking in & out was smooth and they even managed to assist with my request of decorating the room for our anniversary (do note that a small fee is required). will definitely come back again when we're back in penang.

Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang is a great place to stay with a fantastic location in the heart of Georgetown. There are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore local food. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, breakfast could be better, and parking is limited. Overall, it’s a good choice for a stay in Penang.

It’s our first time staying here with 9yo child. We were given Block B room. Felt welcome by all staffs, always greet us with smile. Clear & helpful communication. Love the free coffee & simple snack service at the comfortable lobby. Swimming pool is acceptable at block B, could be better if there is someone to watch over as there were some tourist allow their child to go naked in the pool(not sure they pee inside or not). Love the free clean water dispenser service available near the lift. Although Breakfast could be better (omelette doesn’t taste nice), there are some dirty stains in certain parts of the toilet, overall our stay was comfortable & satisfied. Location wise is also consider convenient to many walking distance places, there’s a tourist map available for free at the reception, very helpful & thoughtful. Definitely will consider staying here again in future.

Good location, walkable distance to few famous food, opposite him bus depot, very near to supermarket. Good breakfast, comfort environment. Good soundproof even though facing road. Definitely will come back.

Nice hotel and friendly customer service. Nearby many hawker stalls and malls. Cloth hangers can be improved as it keep falling off when hanging towel.

This is my second stay here despite the multiple options available in the old town of Georgetown. I like the location - central, yet in a smaller street where there is little traffic (light sleepers like me appreciate this, as staying in a renovated shop house often comes with poor sound insulation). The room is of an acceptable size, kept clean, and there is a free water fountain to top up filtered drinking water (bottled water not provided). I opted to have breakfast this time around, and it is frankly disappointing. The nasi lemak rice is not fragrant, and the selection of hot foods, especially the proteins, is wanting. I'd much rather have a hearty local breakfast in one of the kopitiams in Georgetown.

I recently stayed at Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang Block A for 3 nights and it exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were top notch. The staff were friendly and professional (like 5 stars hotel service). The hotel's location was convenient, and it was easy to get around the city from there. The best part of my stay was watching the New Year's Countdown fireworks from the hotel's rooftop! We beat the crowds and had a fantastic view of the display. It was a great way to ring in the new year without the hassle of fighting crowds. For the price, I was impressed with the quality of the hotel. It's a great option for those looking for a no-frills but comfortable stay. I'd definitely recommend it!!

Good location and the hotel is very near alot of eateries. Near sweet bar cafe which serve very good coffee and banana bread. Staff are friendly and helpful.  Many hotel rooms thus can be quite loud especially when other guests close the door.
