The hotel renovated from an old house has exquisite decoration, good hygiene, and facilities that appear a bit outdated compared to modern hotels，The hotel does not have an elevator, so hotel staff can help move heavier luggage up.Don't put any valuable items in the hotel room. After cleaning the room，my family lost a pair of pearl earrings and asked the hotel to search for them, but there has been no result.

Strategic location, friendly staff, nice environment, clean room, very suitable for solo travellers.

Beautiful! In a perfect position and cheap; there is also a nice swimming pool😄

The second-level bed is a bit difficult to climb up to. I wished there were hangers in the room. Using Grab directed me to the back entrance, which was confusing.

So convenient just in Geirge town, hotel a bit antique looks, lots of shops nearby

A very unique experience in this huge mansion. Stayed in the room for 4 ladies bunk beds. Everything is perfect for the affordable price paid.

One of the best dorms ever. Comfortable and clean. The staff are so wonderful. Always a delight.

Comfortable, centrally located, good customer service, clean

Book for 2 nights and only stay one night. Room has mouldy and sewage smell when enter. The sewage perfumed the room the whole night and it affected our sleep so we decided to move. Feedback to service staff but due to old age of the building there is nothing much they can do and only solution was to spray air freshener. Spotted ants on the table and it crawl into our luggage as well. Will not recommend if you are looking for comfortable place to stay.

I love the hotel location.. near to night life attractions. The room spacious and the decoration bring back to old Chinese homes. Hotel provide free parking that really useful. Their staff really friendly and surprisingly they remember me from my first visit.

The best thing of this historic hotel is the perfect location. I could easily get to many main attractions such as famous murals, popular night markets, impressive bar streets and traditional area of Little India. If l visit George Town again, l may consider staying this hotel again.

it looks like a traditional house transform into a hotel. The decoration is quite traditional. if there is discount offered on line, Generally it’s good for the location and comfort level.

Good service provided to bring you to the room. But amenities needs to be better.
