Great location in Georgetown, cross over to the road to reach the Red Garden Food Paradise. The bad - limited in-room amenities (only toothbrush and showerkit), no slippers. - receptionist collected RM13 from me even though I checked in with a malaysian passport (by right only RM3) attached a photo of the notice for reference The good - comfortable bed and pillow - nice smelling shampoo/shower gel - bottled water provided - room is generally very new and clean - welcome drink - breakfast provided (omelette was super yummy)

Good service. Hotel inclusive bfast is quite good, abovr average food quality. Having welcome drinks too. Lovely.

This was a chance find as the hotel is super new and not listed everywhere yet. Thank god I spotted it on Trip.com and booked it after realising its newly refurbished. The hotel is situated in an old building but the interior has been overhauled. Love the interior design and colonial vibes. The shower pressure is pleasantly strong and the air-condition is new and powerful. Nice to be able to netflix on a reasonably sized smart tv as well. Location is super central and there are loads of local food and cafes around the area. Hope they manage to upkeep this level of cleanliness and service as I would love to be back again!

Great hotel. Stumbled across is while booking a work stay. Bed is comfortable and room is big.

I stayed here for a business trip and found the experience overall positive. The room was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and a good workspace. Complimentary with breakfast and welcome drink, it met my key needs for a business stay.

The location is convenient, within a 15–20 minute walking distance to Armenian Street, and other beautiful areas nearby such as Gurney Walk. However, the staff lacked professionalism. There was no greeting upon our arrival and checked out. Additionally, the front desk staff was not present when we checked in. Only a bartender or barista was available, and we had to wait around 30 minutes to complete the check-in process.

Hotel Cleanliness was within my expectations but The door makes a loud noise when opening and closing, which is a bit disturbing when trying to rest

A very comfortable and nice hotel, spacious room and comfortable bed. Location is at the central of Georgetown but not at the busy street. There is a foodcourt just across the road. Breakfast is complimentary and good enough. Services is excellent! We arrived early and were allowed to check in early, also given extended hour to check out. Only problem is the sound proofing is poor, I can hear people slamming doors early in the morning. Even though it was a non smoking room, smell of smoke was heavy when we check in.

While the food options were a bit limited, it was still decent. The hotel is located near a karaoke spot, so it can get a little noisy at night. Overall, I’d be happy to come back again.”

Walking distance to nearby F&B, bars. Night time is happening.....Good for short stay.

Great new hotel, not too far from central Penang.

Hotel location was great. Near to alot of eateries as its just walking distance to the famous Chulia street. Staffs at the hotel are friendly. Definitely will stay during my next trip there.

Pros: The location is great, it’s around 15-20 mins walk to most attractions. The room is spacious and cozy. They have freshly make omelet and coffee for the breakfast and they taste good. Cons: The sink is tiny. The sound proof isn’t good. The pillow is too high.
