Fabulous. I had a good stay there. Place was v clean and well maintained. Nice view too...

First off , the towels supplied to us didn't soak water after using it to dry off as it was microfibre. Water would soak better if the towels were cotton. There were no bath mats to dry the feet.Also, there would have been a 200 ringgit fine if we put the towels on the floor. As a person with a physical disability,I needed to put the towels on the floor otherwise it would have been too slippery to stand, meaning that would have had to incur the fine which proved difficult for us. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee provided.

Communication was quite seamless and friendly though info is only provided a day before check-in.. Check-in and out was pretty easy. Most amenities are provided within the apartment such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, even toothbrushes. Apartment is quite spacious and all electrical appliances were in working order including a water dispenser, projector (inclu apps like YouTube, Netflix), refrigerator (freezer is top notch 😁), washing machine. Location wise is ok; with Grab, everywhere is pretty accessible. 😁

Nice location. 2 parking spaces given which is very good and nicely located near the elevator. Only complaint is the time waiting for the elevator. Too many guest/patrons probably. Worse during checkout time. Other than that apartment was spacious and clean. Very happy with it.

I would like to share about experience which we stay, very convenient, very comfortable and nice view of location. Owner was provided facilities very perfect and service. We felt that will come back for next vacation.

位於高檔公寓樓的38樓，A棟，大堂有外籍管理員看守登記，大堂左側有一房間專門擺放信箱，入門房卡要通過與房東聯繫後取得密碼才能從信箱取出。三房一廳，有廚房，可以煮食。客廳與主人房有無敵海景，但主人房下午很曬，空調功率不太強勁，晚上要開6個小時以上才比較涼爽。有一間小房靠過道，有2個窗户會透通道的燈光，晚上睡覺怕光就比較麻煩。周邊沒有什麼景點或可以逛的地方，但打車地點還是很容易找到的。行李沒有人保管，衹能放大門口保安後面的通道，自理，有點怕丟，但我們放了8個小時也沒什麼事，鎖好行李鎖就好，如果度假就不建議訂這裏，但人多還是OK的，可以住10人。11樓有泳池，42樓有觀光拍照都不錯。

兩個房間兩個衞生間一個客廳，洗衣機冰箱灶具齊全。適合人多居住。躺在房間床上就可以看海景，42樓鳥瞰整個喬治城景觀非常棒。11樓有露天泳池。老闆熱情負責，有問必答。

上星期在這裏住了幾天，家人都很滿意。之後我們去了吉隆坡，今天又再回來入住了另外一個房型，房子都很清潔 房東也很熱情，可以説普通話。這裏距離旅遊勝地都很靠近。家人都住得很滿意，下次還會入住這裏。值得推薦。
