Very nice and helpful owner who give very clear check in and check out instruction. Make my check in and out very easy. The place is very comfortable, clean and with sea view .. able to see sun set and sun rise. LOVE IT ❤️ Dur to CNY we dunno where to go owner will give us some idea even tell us event that happen so we are able to enjoy it. Forget take the photo for the home we had 🤭 we will be back again if we are coming Penang . Highly Recommended!!

The place is comfortable and suitable to large family. The host is also very responsive and giving clear check in instruction. Nice view from the place.

resident is clean as it’s new except the toilet which stinks a little check in and out instructions were easy to follow toilet’s slippers grip was kinda strong; excessive force required to lift the legs especially when in contact with water..my mum almost tripped due to the extra grip as she was trying to pace forward

Overall ok. But the lift needs to be improve. Waited for more then 15mins to get the lift

Everything is nice except bath towel. We meed better quality towel that absorb water well.

its A new condo, all still in new condition, owner is very friendly even chat in whatsapp, earlier A week already received the check in step, good location, just 10min can arrival queenbay mall town, will still again once i coming to penang.. 👍👍👍

店家非常細心，預訂時已很快給我信息。 服務貼身。 如果是一家人住進這個住房，價錢就頗為合適。 也化算，但是我們只得二人，下次還是會考慮住進酒店，享受更高級的服務。因為價錢也並非便宜。

非常好的民宿酒店 位置也很好 老闆非常客氣 有問必答 開車打車都很方便 下樓就有很多食物 有兩個房間兩個洗漱間 互不打擾

位置很好，風景美麗，房間左側是山景，前方是市景，右側是海景。房間佈置簡潔而温馨, 業主艾琳服務周到而友善！我們很喜歡這裏？

設施：基礎設施都有，電視挺大，洗衣機還帶烘乾 衞生：乾淨整潔，大家一致好評 環境：次卧稍小，高樓層風景很棒，主卧還能看見日出

這個必須大大的好評，訂房時是沒評論的，雖然是糾結還是訂了，因為新啊，到了之後是驚喜了，不但新細節也做的很好，就是一個裝修好舒適的新家，什麼都有，甚至連零食，咖啡，桌遊都準備好，太貼心了，加微信後各種關心，介紹了好吃的，好玩的，連我們退房了去怡保，繼續幫忙推薦怡保好吃了，不象房東房客，象結識多年的朋友，很榮幸和您結緣，下次去檳城必找您。
