I decided to book this hotel based on the many positive online reviews and chose to stay here with my family. However, the actual experience did not meet our expectations.
Firstly, the hotel was quite difficult to locate. There is no lobby on the ground floor, and the entrance area is dimly lit, which made finding the check-in point challenging. Guests are required to go up to the 9th floor to check in.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was inconvenient. The staff initially gave us two access cards that could not be used to reach our assigned floor. I had to return to the 9th floor to resolve the issue. Although the staff was helpful, the same problem occurred again when the card failed to open the room door, requiring yet another trip back to the reception. It was unclear whether the issue stemmed from a system error or poor card functionality, but the whole process was tiring and unnecessarily time-consuming.
The room itself was spacious, which we appreciated, but it was not well cleaned, there was a significant amount of dust throughout. Additionally, the toilet bowl could not be flushed. When we called the front desk for assistance, a staff member came with a mop to unclog it. This raised hygiene concerns, as we were unsure whether the same mop would be used again to clean the floor.
Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.
