A brand new open hotel in Penang with clean environment in a convenient spot with technology equipment. Recommended

Enjoyed my awesome stay in LANDISON HOTEL very much! This hotel has been the best experience of my Penang’s trip so far! I personally LOVE the cozy and clean room very much and the rainshower + high qualities of Towels are such a luxurious touch! I am very impressed with the room amenities that they provided to me (example : coffee machine, alarm clock, in-room slippers, several power socket available, digital weigh machine, tea/coffee maker, minibar etc). Also, the service of the staff is incredibly great, friendly and always willing to assist. Additionally, Landison Hotel Penang is ideally positioned at the center of George Twon, very convenient to visit shopping malls, wall street arts area or historical buildings. Surrounded by many eateries too! If anyone would like to seek for hospital treatment from doctors, Loh Guan Lye Hospital just 03 minutes walking distance from the Hotel. From Landison Hotel Penang, just only 06 mins by car to Gleneagles Hospital Penang and 10mins driving to Adventist Hospital. Few big chain’s pharmacy also available opposite/ next to the hotel. Public transport also very convenient, bus stop just at the opposite side (02 mins walk) and Grab car also very easy to reserve. Having time stay in Landison Hotel Penang should be one of my best memories in Penang, can't wait to visit again on my next vacation!

The room too small, the toilet bidet quite unique but difficult to use.. so teribble, the toilet at 1st floor only 2 , i think that’s not enough for guest.. the 1st floor toilet so bad smell, but no one clean.. durian smell.. OMG… The security 2 person but cannot explain where the concierge is when we asked them if we could leave our bags here they just said just put there and didnt care about our luggage we had to ask customer service on where to put our luggages just to find out it was at the second floor, the hotel not disabled friendly… So I think must think carefully if we go with parents or baby..

The room is quite small, beds are very comfortable. Chairs are provided but not sure if everyone likes them, maybe there's a better type of room that is better amenities, eg a table with chair. A little coffee corner can get yourself a machine made espresso. TV set is huge, and ready with YouTube, Qiyi.. etc.

PROs: 1. Room: I was upgraded from a standard family room to a Deluxe Family Room upon checkin, and I absolutely loved it. The room was new, beautiful decorated and very comfortable (and slight sea view 🥰) 2. Cleanliness: Perfect since it’s a new hotel. 3. Staff: was friendly, and they gave me a thoughtful farewell gift (face towel & water cup) during checkout, which showed their sincerity. CON: 1. Parking: The “advanced mechanical parking” was frustrating. Every time I needed my car, I had to wait about 10mins (imagine someone also waiting for their car, and u have to queue which wasted 20mins there). The parking space was also tight, and larger cars had difficulty fitting. The worst park was when I tried to check for an elevator near the garage (since our room was on the top floor; if u use the main door, u have to go lvl 15 and change to another elevator only can reach top floor), a security guard yelled at me rudely, saying I wasn’t allowed to enter where I’m not really stepping in yet😂. It was quite unpleasant honestly.. Overall, yes this hotel really nice to stay!!! I enjoyed the room a lot ☺️

The room seemed clean at first glance, but it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I found trash from the previous guest, like a snack bag. Please make sure to vacuum properly before guests arrive. Also, the bathroom had a clogged drain, which caused water to not drain properly—we had to call someone to fix it. Other than that, the service was good.

This is a new hotel, room is sparkling clean. Location of this hotel at the centre of city, you can easily access to places interesting and places for local food and restaurants. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed three nights and will choose this hotel in the future.

Pleasant stay,clean,even a little bit small. But cozy enough.

The hotel is currently under a run test, and the staff informed me during check-in that some amenities were not available. The room is spacious, which is a plus. Parking is mechanical, so keep that in mind if you’re driving. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement once fully operational.

Room are spacious but no TV in our room and feel abit weird but others are good.

For a hotel that seemingly opened just this year, room felt like it wasn’t maintained very well. There was a chili seed in the corner of the room just to name an example. Turning on the heater will lead to water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom which was super weird. Other than that, location was great and the staffs were all very friendly and helpful if you need any help.

If drive to stay hotel not really convenient… need took long time to parking… only 2 lift.. 1 lift brakedown .. need took long time to wait .. the other overall ok ..

Hotel is brand new so room is on point despite being slightly small vs pic. They've installed carlifts for guests parking so one need to get accustomed to using one before elsewhere just to get the hang of it

First time here. New hotel. Good location. Very2 clean. Parking using lift which is a plus. Only downside no sheltered area at parking place. Normal room not bad only a bit small. better to lose the sofa to make space. Friendly staff. Definitely coming back here.
