Location is awesome..near to nearby attraction such as TOP KOMTAR, First Avenue Shopping Mall,l and Prangin Mall. Walkable to Chowrasta Market, The Famous Penang Laksa and The Famous Teow Chew Chendol.

A bit smaller room but still convenience to perform pray and hotel provide prayer matt. Good location and parking available. Very convenience and pls keep it up. Attached view from level 18.

Only stayed for 2 nights as a single person, but in a 2 person twin room. If 2 people are there, it will definitely be tight since there will be little space for luggage/bags and to move around. The beds can be moved slightly, so it gives some more space. Also, the mattress is not sturdy on the frame, so it can shift while sleeping. Otherwise, the room was good with standard amenities. The unique door to close the washroom is also the door for the closet, I assume that was to optimize space. Water refill and ironing station in the hallway (apparently outlets in the hallway were broken, so staff let me iron in the room). Slippers, washroom items, etc... all standard. The front desk mentioned room service was one every two days, but can be requested at the front desk if you need anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when coming from PEN late due to flight delay. Otherwise, the location was extremely convenient since it was just parallel street to 1st Avenue Shopping Mall, which link connects with Prangin Mall, the TOPs and Kimberly Street (for night market). Just on the other side of the street are a lot of local restaurants that were popular/queues up for their food. Also, can have easy access to myRapid Penang at Komtar for airport OR CAT to Jetty for Feri. Overall, good location convenience and value for night sleep/exploring Georgetown area.

Nice location, 3 shopping mall and plenty of coffee shop near by. Very new, all room high floor, good view. exceed my expectation although the room is a bit tightly.

Love the city centre hotel..great location in the heart of Georgetown Penang with the heritage building..the cleanliness room was awesome..the staff was helpfull during my check in..

Kindly updated the check-in location not more at the st. Giles Wembley hotel's lobby. The service provided by the Wembley hotel was great and the lobby manager was helpful 😌. Enjoy staying here even the room was not big enough 😇. With free private parking provided by hotel.

The hotel's strategic location makes it ideal for exploring Penang, with easy access to nearby attractions, eateries, and public transport. However, the only downside was that noise from outside the walkway could be heard quite clearly, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Despite that, Cititel Express offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for convenience and comfort in the heart of Penang.

nearby got alot shop for eat and easy to go anywhere. room is big and clean, got provide parking lot for visitor.

Everything is good about this hotel, can’t find any fault. My second stay here, will definitely stay here again for future trips. Like the room, spacious and clean. Location is very convenient, near to Komtar terminal. Staff are helpful and polite.

The hotel location is at Lebuh Noordin George Town Penang just opposite Komtar, Penang. The room is clean tidy and comfortable. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

Best hotel.. value for money. The room space just nice, clean and neat. The location is superb.. walking distance to the komtar and mall.

It was a great experience with Cititel Express and St.Giles Wembley.  I booked cititel express for 3d2n and I checked in at 11:30pm, the reception informed me that the hotel was full so they switched me to St.Giles.  Don’t have any extra charge, and they gave me a sea view. Thank you

In terms of price range, it matches with the service that it provides, the location is nearby the town, you can easily access the place you want. Somehow it can get a lot of local food around.Nice.
