Hotel location is good in town center. Room size liter bit small but hygiene is good. Staff is friendly

Appreciate and grateful to the receptionist on duty for allowing us the privilege of an early check in on 6th December. Free refill water dispenser located at the hotel corridor. Hotel is located within walking distance to 2sy Avenue Mall and Kimberly Street Food Night Market Highly recommended for exploring Penang island.

This is our 2nd experience with Cititel Express Penang. The hotel location was very central to Georgetown. Easy accessible to 1st Avenue mall, Komtar, Prangin mall. It is also a 5 mins walk to Presgrave  and Kimberly night market Receptionist lady upon my check in was very professional & quick in process our check in.  On hotel amenities, I personally love the hotel support in reduce plastic use to safe the environment. With this the hotel installed water dispenser at convenient location for the hotel guest to help themselves. A jar with lid is provided in the room.

The hotel location is at Jln Penang,George Town Penang near to four mall shopping complex including Komtar. Room is clean and comfortable. staff hotel is friendly and helpful. No deposit for check in hotel. Free parking provided by the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage at the surrounding area.

The room is very comfortable and Clean, reception staff is very friendly. The hotel is located near Komtar and walkable to historical old town, overall represent good value.

Convenient location near shopping walks & eateries. Overall not bad for a 3-star hotel.

It’s in good location, near good cafes, flee market and best local resto! It is fairly clean and eco friendly. Cozy interior design but it’s kinda small space if you have too much luggage for two people. But for me it’s enough! Only thing to improve is when arriving after 11pm, you need to check in on the other side of the hotel and checking out after 11pm as well. They also overcharged me with tourist tax but I already paid online! Make sure to check this. I’m still awaiting the refund.

Location is perfect for food hunters. Always been my preferred hotel in Penang. Walking distance to all the popular food streets.

Great location with shopping mall and many F&B outlets within walking distance.

They do have water dispenser in front of the lift. I have checked out their common Iron area, however for me the iron board is not up to par. The entrance might is bit narrow for me with 2 hand carry. It will be great if the shower room have more space. Nearby have food and minimart. It’s suitable for 1 person stay.

The cleanliness so fast ok, just the bedsheets and pillows covers cleaning chemicals cause my daughter and aunt skin allergies, those who are easily allergic please take note.

Location very good, near many tourist spots. But the room spaces is very limited , as can see in the review. Really no place to let us open the luggage 😂 front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free and lots of car park. Can hear outside and upstairs from the room. Got free water dispenser. Will come back for this.

Everything was good and discounts applied really made it a great deal. Water dispenser on each floor to collect your own drinking water and amenities in the rooms were adequate.

The service counter are friendly and the room are small,房间很小。 Room air conditioner are slow, not cold enough feel warmer. Hot water great very hot. The area are prime and no need worry about nearby with plenty of foods to eat within 10 minutes walk. Shopping Mall walking distance 300 meter Prangin Mall & 1st avenue mall.
