Neo plus is a no fuss and situation near to heart of George town this provide a great option for traveller alike. My stay come with free breakfast and the foods option is very basic but it does provide the convenience for traveller.

We booked two rooms and had an outstanding experience at this hotel. Although both rooms were the same type (21m²), Room 1615 felt more spacious than Room 1609. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the night street food market on Lebuh Presgrave, 12 minutes to Cecil Market, and 8 minutes to the 24-hour McDonald's at Birch House. There’s also a hidden bar, Good Friend Club, less than 100 meters from the hotel entrance, and another one, Magazine 63, about 10 minutes away, across from 1st Avenue Mall. Just 2 minutes away is GAMA Supermarket, which includes a small pharmacy and bakery—very convenient for anything you need. 5 min away from Komtar also. Opposite hotel is the Hin Bus Depot. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was quite loud (though manageable if turned off after use), and the room lighting was a bit dim—adding a floor or table lamp would be helpful. The water heater took about 3 minutes to produce hot water, which could be improved to reduce water waste. Soundproofing wasn’t the best, as I could hear the neighboring shower, but it wasn’t a major issue for me. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool @ roof top level-25, though we didn’t have time to use them. The facilities well-maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. The staff and security were friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work and continue maintaining the cleanliness and service standards! This hotel tends to get fully booked quickly. If you want to book this Hotel, please plan and book early Will stay again when I go Penang next time.

The room is Clean and quick check in. Very spacious room. Overall it is very convenient and walking distance to the famous Weekend Market Hin Bus Depot, 888 Hokkien Mee restaurant, Good Friend Bojio is just opposite hotel for a late evening drink. Grab is very fast and efficient in Penang (my first time by flight) save a lot of my time for parking and traffic jam. Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location with various eateries in walking distance. Free parking for travellers who drive there, just park your car and walk around to avoid busy traffic. Room was clean. Sound insulation wasn’t good enough, can hear neighbouring rooms turning on tap or people walking at corridors. Specifically love the water dispenser at each floor, convenient enough to get hot water and as an effort to reduce single use plastic bottles. Value for the money.

Hotel is fine, near good night market. And easy to get bus to go everywhere. Nice, the hotel security man is very nice and helpful.

Location is great , walking distance to the famous hawkers night stall, free parking lots at building carparks, quite clean and new. Very satisfying

Checked in late after working hours and was informed that there’s only 1 room left for the room type I booked. Next to lift but whatever, however the rooms condition were disappointing. Hair clumps in toilet, stained bedsheets, paint ripping off the furniture and wardrobes that can’t close properly… They offered a free upgrade, bigger room. But the condition of the rooms were just big. Walls are thin, middle of the night got woken up by the sound of next room showering and also using sink. Asked for a spoon to eat my dinner and was informed that the hotel doesn’t provide utensils despite having a breakfast area, had to buy one time used utensils at the nearby mini market

Always my choice of hotel when I travel to Penang. Value for money. Great location. 5 minutes walking distance to the famous Deen Nasi Kandar restaurant. Just opposite the Penang No 1 cocktail bars (Backdoor Bodega & Good Friends)

I was surprised at how clean and tidy my hotel room was, like a brand new hotel that opened not long ago. Not to mention the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel. The staff there, both the front desk attendants and the cleaners, were very polite and smiled when talking to customers. Keep up the good work! Hopefully it will be as good as I experienced when I come back again!

Location is convenient and affordable price, friendly staff

1) Reception is so nice, good service and introduce the breakfast time and swimming pool opening schedule and the very high floor 25/f fo the swimming pool. 2) Room is very CLEAN and the view is very good to see the seaside and the old style building. 3) Breakfast is many different types of foods, drinks, and CLEAN foods WITHOUT any insects in the food. 4) gym room and restaurant on the 2/f. 5) small store have some food and drinks and medicine and snacks at the 1 /f and the restaurant at the 1/f and 2/f. 6) Location is near the top of 光大大厦 KOMTAR and near the CAT bus stop NO. 9 ＜9號巴士站＞; ALL images is very good.

Town. Easy to go by walking distance. Room nuce n clean. Food also great.. Will repeat again staying here
