Matrass not so good. Air conditioning not cold. Water run not so good.

However, the additional charges for an extra bed can feel like a burden, which might be a downside for families or groups needing extra space. Overall, it’s a good hotel with quality service, but the pricing for extra amenities could be more reasonable.

Everything good but no the iron

Location are good for doctor review . Next door chicken rice taste quiet good, But next door 7 eleven there is a very rude staff name kasturi which keep give bad attitude to old people.

We stay here because of the location is just right in front loh guan hye. There is Welling before the entrance and Sin Nam Huat right beside make this apartment veru convenient if you came for medical check up or need to go to loh guan hye or island hospital.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The location was perfect, being close to town and easily accessible. Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable. this hotel is more of a parking lot I would recommend this place!

very spacious but relatively old room. there’s nothing much around the hotel but it’s still convenient to grab to anywhere else. okay for a short stay!

The location is quite convenient however it is not centrally located in Georgetown whereby all attractions are. Aircon is cold, got smart tv, good for family as I booked the 2 bedroom apartment but it is mentioned room got sound proofing which I’m confused cos I don’t see double pane window n the room can hear ambulance siren n car loud exhaust sound on the road, however in the middle of the night it is all quiet except for guests staying at above my unit to drag furniture sound.

Very strategic location : below is 7 eleven store, near to some food stalls(i.e Sin Nam Huat chicken and duck rice only next to the hotel), pharmacy stores, and located opposite of Loh Guan Lye specialist centre. Hotel's room is very spacious .
