Like this boutique hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. Conveniently located near Macalister, Burma & Penang Road, yet no noisy traffic during night time.

Comfortable hotel, the bed is comfortable, perfect for good night sleep, near & walking distance to nearest popular restaurant in penang. Complete amenities in room, common area is accessible with basic necessity. Great welcoming service from the front desk / reception.

Room need for improvemebt

It’s a well designed and decorated private owner run boutique hotel, so don’t expect amenities like hotel chain.  Nice room, superb clean spotless room and quiet environment in a busy town.

Location is good, close to many attractions like New lane hawker, Kimberley street and others. Room is very clean and spacious.

Please check the cupboard oftenly because i found out a cockroach in there.

We love this hotel so much! The interior and exterior design are beautiful, and the location is very strategic.

Overall ok just that room with mosquito, if without mosquito then will be perfect~ Still highly recommend to stay over with the local style of design hotel~

Love the setting of the hotel. It's near to a food court at Jalan Macalister and several convenience stores so the location is quite strategic. Caught the receptionist dozing off at the sofa (with very loud snoring) but other than that everything else is perfect.

Very strategic location, easy to access to main tourist spots, clean and tidy room.

Love the chill vibes. Front reception is very friendly. Feels like a 2nd home.

The hotel location is near to eateries and main attractions in George town. Decoration within the hotel is nice but rooms were small in classic suites. Some noise and smell near toilets.

What I like - 1. The ambience, a mixture of some modern and reminisce of olden day penang 2. Room and bedsheets are all clean 3. Sufficient space 4. Elderly friendly for those who can't take stairs can stay on the first floor 5. Location is consider very good if for younger folks that are able to walk 6. Bed and pillow are very comfortable 7. Thankful to the hotel and the staff allowing a complimentary upgrade for my elderly parents Honestly I'm very happy with the hotel overall. I couldn't find anything much that I dislike about this hotel. Travelers who are seeking a good place to sleep for the night, this is the hotel, unless facilities like dining, swimming pool etc is on your agenda.
