OYO 91068 Elephant House Boutique Hotel recensioner

The hotel is decent and comfortable. Suitable if youre mostly planning to be out most of the time and only need a place to sleep and bathe. The location is really strategic with lots of food nearby. They have a ground floor room too which is really convenient for older people.

The worst experience ever! I booked a room for my friend who is coming all the way from KL to Penang. Once he arrived at the counter. The hotel was full and no rooms were available. The hotel manager claimed that there was an error in the system, so asked him to find a room other hotels as compensation. He found the worst room ever in a weird hotel above some local restaurant. The room was terrifying with old structure and low key bathroom. Never gonna book with that hotel. Never ever!

The room assigned smell like a cigarette but the staff was too kind to have us transferred to another room. The hotel is near to almost tourist spot which is walking distance. It is also affordable and definitely will come back.

Room was spacious and quite clean. Bathroom cleanliness needs more upgrade. Found a scorpion- like insect crawling on the roof of the bathroom! Luckily I was staying only for a night. Anyway for the price is okay. Just the bathroom cleanliness needs a big improvement.

Nonsense hotel. Never book again. Worst part is the phone number not updated n i have to call another old uncle who keep didnt hear what i said during phone call. OMG never book this hotel until end of the DAY🙄

Hotel is okay but not that clean. The hotel a bir outdated and sorry to say a bit smelly. I hope the hotel owner can do some refurbishment to this hotel. The hotel staircase quite scary becausw very dirty and dusty.

A small hotel in the heart of China town. Lots of restaurants and shops near by but more locals than tourist. Many George towns tourist attractions were walking distance from hotel. Hotel itself did not have much services. Hot and cold water dispenser and shared fridge was available. Room was small but cosy and bed quite comfortable. Private toilet was great bonus. Many other accomodation had shared bathroom on this price we paid. We had good value for money and enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Close to Town. Penang Street. Near Nasi Kandar. Near Bus Stop.
