Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel is shabby and dated. The rooms are smelly, damp and in need of a huge refurbishment. Lastly, the horrible excuse for a human on reception is nothing short of a slimy, lying little weasel who I would not trust if he told me the time. Do not hand this man your money or your trust, he is a disgusting liar with the morals of a street rat.

Location and breakfast good. Staff good too. Room smells bad, curtains smell like mold, pillows inside are dirty and smell bad. Window lock was broken and they sent maintenance guy who did lousy job and still broken after he left, when I pointed out aircon so dirty he just reached out to the vents with his hand and remove the obvious dust. Also sink is clogged. Not recommended because there are other hotels with good location, breakfast and cleaner.

Hotel is a well-located accommodation option in Georgetown, strategically situated near key attractions, including Komtar and 1st Avenue Shopping Mall, making it easy for guests to explore the vibrant local culture and cuisine. Numerous food stalls and restaurants are within walking distance, providing plenty of dining options for guests who wish to experience. Rooms are modern with air conditioned, free stable Wi Fi internet connection and private parking, room cleanliness needing improvement.

The hotel location at Lorong Minta, George Town Penang. The room is clean and tidy. Air-conditioning is cold. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Parking provided by the hotel in front the Hotel but limited .

I celled to the Hotel for Postpone the booking the staff (AZRI) already confirmed that can move the booking, When I check-in HE (AZRI) said can not. I need to book again. it very bed Terrible Service. the second time to stay there. it not return any move

I booked a standard superior room, but the staff upgraded to a deluxe room for us is good. Room are just like a standard room not much difference and not a large room. The washroom is very small and narrow, and the window films are broken.

The air conditioning was too hot, and I requested a room change 20 minutes after checking in due to it not functioning properly, but my request was denied. The room's cleanliness was mediocre. The only thing I can give good review is they provide breakfast with the price you get.

Room clean. Toilet sink cannot open water a lot at once as it can make it clog. Iron located at outside. Easy access to nearby famous attraction by car.
