Hotel Sentral Georgetown @ City Centre recensioner

Fine for one night, windows weren’t transparent and quality not as good as you would expect from the pictures, but overall fine for a short stay.

Tempat ni boleh tahan la..just not as expected..next time i will not booking here, i wont repeat..kata ada parking tapi bila sampai takde pula.. i have to parked outside.

Good service, comfortable stay, complete with towels, toiletries and coffee for my night stay.

The hotel location at Lorong Kinta, George town, Penang, The room is clean and tidy. Parking is free provided by the hotel but limited. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just ok. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel is shabby and dated. The rooms are smelly, damp and in need of a huge refurbishment. Lastly, the horrible excuse for a human on reception is nothing short of a slimy, lying little weasel who I would not trust if he told me the time. Do not hand this man your money or your trust, he is a disgusting liar with the morals of a street rat.

Location and breakfast good. Staff good too. Room smells bad, curtains smell like mold, pillows inside are dirty and smell bad. Window lock was broken and they sent maintenance guy who did lousy job and still broken after he left, when I pointed out aircon so dirty he just reached out to the vents with his hand and remove the obvious dust. Also sink is clogged. Not recommended because there are other hotels with good location, breakfast and cleaner.

Near street food. Many times book here always satisfy. Near hospital and public transportation. Pharmachy

This hotel is rigjt at the heart of the city. Just walking distance to go for dinner. The room is quite spacious for the price we paid. The room and environment also clean. Tq

the location is great. but the hospitality is just average. the cleanliness inside the room is bad.. there r stain on wall & feel dusty inside the room
