Tranquil, pleasant environment. The staffs were helpful, polite.

Very nicely remodeled venue. At the restaurant, good service, good food, but they serve Nescafé! Omg. The worst coffee - except for maybe Folgers.

Book this hotel due to recommendation but found it extremely unacceptable compare to my normal travelling hotels. Upon arrival receptionist was unfriendly & business like. Size of the suites are big but too many steep stairs to climb to the bedroom not suitable for aged or handicap. Flooring was in bad condition most area in the sitting room area bulge up one can tripped easily if unaware, Hotel tried to cover up with foot mat but not helpful. We found the room spooky with dark antique furnitures which makes the room even darker & uncomfortable. Unfortunately I’ve paid for the 3 nights & hotel not willing to refund the 2 nights fee even if we had spent 1 night there. This hotel has great potential but needs to upgrade its current condition. Breakfast selection not great, we prefer to eat out although room rate includes breakfast.

It is all about heritage and antiques. The suite is big, the staff are very friendly, the library or lounging area with pool view is amazing. The environment are so calming..will stay here again.

Superb stay at seven terraces, everything was amazing from the moment we booked, the rooms are unique and decorated to the highest of standards, the building is stunning like staying in a museum. We had the privilege of attending a private dinner at the owners home which in itself was a veritable treat. Having stayed at the Blue Mansion also, I can honestly say this was the better of the two experiences

The best hotel ever had in penang!

這是我住過的最臟的酒店，沒有之一。地板上、傢俱上都是厚厚的灰塵，應該是很久沒有打掃過了。沙發套都已經發黑了。提供的不知道是什麼灌裝水，難喝。下午茶的點心是從一個很大的臟兮兮的馬夾袋裡掏出來的，茶具也沒洗乾淨。床上鋪的毯子一抖都是毛塵，讓我們都過敏了。衞生間裏也有一股怪味道。本來是訂了四晚，到了第三晚實在受不了了，和酒店方提出要提前退房並退一天房費，前台答覆説第二天早上酒店經理會和我們見面溝通一下。第二天早上到了約定時間我們去問前台，結果説經理要開會不來了，也不同意退一天房費，實在是太欺負人了！衹好和攜程聯繫，説明情況，攜程又和酒店溝通了一下，酒店仍然態度惡劣，我們堅持提前退房，最後攜程提出由攜程補償我們一天房費的80%，感謝攜程。這家店建議大家不要再踩雷了！

非常愉快的住宿體驗，環境很好，工作人員很熱心幫忙解決你的任何問題，酒店的吃的也非常好吃，讓人感覺印象深刻

先説結論：喜歡這種風格可以體驗和選擇，但對住宿條件設施有要求的需要慎思。 定之前看別人評論就糾結，但考慮到地理位置好，最後還是選了這家。踏入酒店一直到到房間內確實有被哇噻到，事關這風格和裝飾很搶眼，房間也頗大，樓上樓下兩層（其實兩個人入住二樓基本不去）。入住後開始發現幾個問題：洗手間的佈置在實際使用起來很不方便（比如手持花灑距離玻璃隔斷的淋雨間有一定距離，使用時水是濺的到處都是）；沒有牀頭櫃且沒有最重要的床頭插電設施，手機或其他需要充電的都衹能在放茶杯的櫃子處；Stewart房型臨街真的有點吵（至少持續到凌晨12點多）。酒店設計是共16間客房分佈在二樓兩邊（各8間），一邊全是Stewart複式房型，所臨的街是印度人聚會之處；另一邊的Argus房型所臨街是安靜的，當然房間價格也反應了差別。 其實酒店是不錯的，畢竟是從七棟非常破舊不堪的老宅改建而成，看了改建前後也真的很佩服。選擇這裏更多的是體驗一把娘惹文化的老宅，如果以四五星酒店的設施來衡量，那肯定是欠缺的。

一家古色古香的酒店。上下2層。很精緻。三哥的服務也很到位。房間的裝修風格彷彿時空穿梭到了從前。值得體驗。
