Personalen är vänlig och bra läge för lite lokal mat. Det vore bättre om man hade fler internationella kanaler på tv-kanalerna.

Bra läge. De flesta sevärdheter ligger på gångavstånd. Många matställen. Dim sum restaurang med många sorter är bara över vägen. Durian säsong. Durian och mangostan är inte tillåtna på hotellet. Vi hade detta 老树Durian närliggande hotell.

2:a gången jag bor här. Hotellet är rent, bra kundservice, snabb in- och utcheckning eftersom de har självkiosk för detta. Rymligt rum och toalett. Nära nattmatgatan, precis nedanför hotellet. Bra läge. Sammantaget mycket nöjd med hotellet

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Penang. Hotel is clean and just beside New Lane Night Market (except Wednesday). The only downside is the swimming pool comes with lots of crows and pigeons. Hope the hotel management can set up some netting or so to prevent the birds from coming to the pool. Anyway thanks everyone. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Very friendly and helpful staff. A very good hotel to stay with the family. Near all the main attractions. I will definitely be back for my next Penang holiday trips.

Room is clean, quiet and comfy. Location is just adjacent to the New Lane night street foods, also is within 15 min walk to komtar/mall/Chowrasta Market. Other than that, one will need to take buses to reach major tourist attractions.

overall the location of the hotel is excellent, central of the city and very accessible to anywhere. the family room was decent, the bed could be improved by replacing it with a better/newer model as the current one has a dent on it. gym was decent, your average hotel gym. swimming pool, in my opinion, for a 4 star hotel, is extremely small. it's like a kiddie pool.

The location is good, a new lane night market is just within walking distance. Free parking as vouchers will be provided when check in. The bed is comfortable, water supply is smaller compared to sunway hotel from other states but temperature is hot enough.

The best thing is probably the street food that is just around the corner. View from room was not too bad, theres also a Ban Heang just opposite the hotel if you wanna get food souvenirs. Room was great with 2 queen sized beds which was the reason why I chose this hotel as we have 2 young kids and most hotels only have 1 king in a room. We slept comfortably n well rested.

Very good location, you can walk to various food court, mall, Hin bus depot and many more attraction. Pool and Jacuzzi is small but is clean and working well.

Great hotel for business trip. There’s a night market right beside the hotel and suitable for a night walk!

Location was great but the room was pretty warm even with the AC set to the lowest.

This is my 3rd time stay in Sunway hotel. Love the location of the hotel and love the room and bed there. Hotel is located conveniently on New Lane where there is a touristy night market (check prices before ordering). The 2 main roads are Dato Karmat and Macallister which makes it convenient and accessible for transportation. The facilities such as gym/ small pool are pretty old but hotel tries to upkeep and maintain as much as possible. I had an issue with very smelly sweaty blanket/ comforter and requested for them to change it and they did. Airconditioning and shower was strong, adequate ammenities were provided and towels were clean. However, beds were slightly uncomfortable as I could feel the spring coils. Carpark is free for guest, just get parking coupons from counter.
