This is my third time staying in the hotel. Location is great , close to shopping mall, old town and some heritage places. Staff is very friendly

Nice location smack in the centre of George Town. Decent buffet lunch that's reasonably priced. The breakfast spread is good too. Room is comfortable and I'll definitely stay at JEN for future visit to Penang.

Good location. Strong aircon. Fast check in and out. The room had some sand particles but they sent housekeeping up to vacuum the floor upon calling. Pillows is too soft… do request for firm pillow to stack.

The hotel is located at the heart of Georgetown; however, their house keeping hours are quite late, they cleaned our room after 4/5pm during my stay. I was impressed that they have some sort of filter for the shower, which is quite thoughtful.

Staying 2 nights at Club Family Room. The room consists of 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, and it's perfect to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Amenities are from L'occitane. Club Floor guests can enjoy free flow drinks at Club Lounge, and my kids love it so much. However, there were some stains on the bathtub. The swimming pool is not big. The adult pool is 1.2m and 2m water depth. The kids' pool is only 0.3m deep. But, the breakfast choices were sufficient and tasted good. There are plenty of parking lots at the basement car park. But, there was no elevator from the car park to the lobby. Guests have to use a staircase from the car park to the lobby. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests. LOCATION is superb as it's in the centre of GEORGETOWN, and Jen Hotel is just next to The Top and Komtar. It's within walking distance to New Lane Food Stalls, Penang Road famous cendol, etc.

Great location, friendly front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Nice lobby area. Rooms are clean and spacious. I wasn’t given a city view or garden view, but it’s ok. Good toilet amenities.

Stayed for 4 nights. Good location, easy to reach famous tourist spots. Room is clean and quiet. Staffs are helpful. There are night market and mall nearby.

Decent hotel, location is good. Penang as it's so famous for food. It's not disappointing.
