Great view, alls good with this hotel. Nothing exceptiknal, but above average. However location is not immediately near any food stalls that opens late. Quite abit of traffic right outside the hotel during peak hours. Do plan transport early.

Pros - Friendly staff - Housekeeping is good - Convenient location (beside a mall and near popular attractions like Komtar Tower) - Comfortable rooms (can get connecting) - Breakfast is good (esp egg station and bread) - Gym is quite complete - Decent pool Cons - Wifi not secure (no password needed) Overall - One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Will come back again.

The room is clean. Good location easy access to places that we wish to visit. Bathtub furnishing can been seen start getting spoil

Super strategic and convenient location within Georgetown vicinity.. easily access to tourist attractions by just walking (if you don't mind to walk under malaysia weather) or e-hailing at reasonable prices.. strongly recommended..

The place is very luxurious but not too grand. Rooms are great and filled with good quality products. Really enjoyed my stay here. Parking is free underground

Location is really good - I would even give 10 stars out of 5 stars because it is surrounded by big shopping malls. Can walk for food and supermarket. Nice lobby and staff friendly. There is gym and pool though pool is abit small. Breakfast was ok sufficient but could be better with choices compared to when we went to Thailand and Bali. It gets full seating around 8am. Room size I think good and we had the sea view to enjoy. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was close to a mall which made it really convenient. There was a gym that had steam room, a pool and a tennis table! There was also a pool/snooker table at the lobby.

Good location, walking distance to Komtar, definitely would come again! Breakfast is good as well

Made a right decision to stay at Jen. The location is really good. Can shop and eat nearby. We opt for breakfast on our last day. Though the pillows were abit too soft for our liking.

Not allowing us to check in early. Finally we got our room on 13/F, see view from room. Bathroom is narrow, a bit old, bathroom door knob is kinda broken, with basic amenities. Pillow is soft and room is clean. Old school hair dryer. Boring TV channels. House keeping is good, the young guy on our floor is sincere, polite and hard working. He helped to change the rusty/dirty kettle. Concierge service is good. Most of them are friendly and helpful. We were trying to go for the 1 for 1 happy hour (poster was inside the lift), we missed twice during our stay. When we asked Recep on our last night, we were told it is for club floor only? This Recep was kinda impatient when she replied, just coz we weren’t staying on that floor, ? didn’t take not of her name. Good location in Georgetown.

Conveniently located in the centre of George Town, travelling around the area was a breeze. Street murals/ cafes were within walkable distance, otherwise Grab is easily available as well. Room was spacious and elegantly designed, perfect for a staycation/ short trip.
