This property self service check in. But first time hotel reception say, He don’t know i prepaid hotel room.

(+) Location was good, away from the crowds yet walkable distance to main sights. Bus stop for the free CAT buses is just behind. Easy self check in. Room was nice - comfortable beds & pillows, toiletries and towels provided, there's a lift, and the water dispenser on the ground floor was a bonus. Toilet was clean, shower and drainage good. (-) There were ants in the room. Walls / windows are not sound proof - could hear conversations next door very clearly and rubbish truck comes at 11pm every night so your sleep will be disturbed. Aircon was leaking but thankfully still working. Fan and TV werent working, but not a big issue.

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING—see the attached images. - There were cockroaches in the unit. - The bed linens were filthy, and when I informed the staff, they dismissed it, saying they were old, so it wasn’t a problem. This was completely unacceptable. - Additionally, the Wi-Fi disconnected every 30 minutes. I attempted to report it, but nothing was done about it, forcing me to pay for mobile data for 4 nights. I had booked 4 nights but couldn’t bear staying any longer after 2. I requested to check out early and receive a refund for the remaining 2 nights, but they refused. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life.

Good location near the free bus stop, easy to walk around.

I really liked the convenient self check-in process, which made the stay hassle-free. The property’s design is modern and unique, standing out from the usual Peranakan tile style often seen in George Town. It offers a fresh, contemporary vibes. rocess, as it required a last-minute deposit without prior notice on their pages. The housekeeping team had difficulty understanding English, which caused some communication issues. The concept of using a wooden box for digital keys felt odd and impractical. Safety was a concern as there was no visible security on-site. Lastly, I experienced unnecessary rudeness from customer service, particularly from Jack, which left a negative impression

Nice place to stay if you come to Penang.

In the middle of the center of the Old Town Penang & Georgetown. Pros : self check in / out, easy to handle, affordability, Line or WhatsApp communication instead of phone call, good security, basic yet functional room & amenities. Cons : Given the self check in/out, certain guests might feel not that convenient, water filter available but no bottled water in the room (for us it was totally fine - the water purifier is COWAY, so we trust it) What we liked was how affordable the room was.

Don’t really like it. Service is bad. Want to change date but need to pay twice the payment.

There is no reception so after arrival I was loosing time to find out how I can get key and go inside. Room is without windows, for me it was no enough light. At first floor there is cooler with clean water so you don't need to buy water all the time

Everything is great and i love that the place is near with everthing. Check in process was so easy. I wish i can get room with tingkap

Good hotel, simple and clean. Room is small but is well maintained & sufficient for me. Walking distance to the Jetty.
