It has good location and service. But it’s a crowded place.

The owner of the Stayla by Top Key management is not friendly and helpful. Can't negotiate or help me at all. I paid RM 450 for a single room with 3 beds. This is super expensive. My advice is Beware of "Stayla by Top Key management" I call up to them for help but in vain. All they said is you make the booking and nothing they can do. They not even try. I'm not going for a refund or cancellation, but to change bigger room. They said very clear " You made the reservation and nothing can be help". I'm very disappointed, I don't mind paying more because of holidays. Penang is a good place but we're very unhappy with the way of this management handling my case. Total irritation by the way she speaks. She sounds like it is my own stupidity making expensive small room booking. Please take my advice, don't deal with Stayla by Top Key management. They are irresponsible.

The room is big and clean. You can come with friends good comm

Location and seaview was good. Others moderate.

The hall had a nice view. It was simple process to check in and the rooms were clean. However there was a nightclub or disco nearby and the noise was goin on till late.. that was the only downside to this stay.

Nice stay with good sea view with convenient mart and eateries downstairs. Fast & Responsive service via WhatsApp. 👍

房間真的挺大，景色也還行 但實在實在是太臟了，樓下就是酒吧街，先搬着大行李箱走過樓梯，然後再走50米，然後下去一個很黑很臟很臭的黑乎乎的地下室拿鑰匙，然後再走上去坐電梯，一大家子進去之後發現到處都是臟兮兮的，毛巾黑的，被子黑的，沒有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，吹風機找不到，但第二天找到了。枕頭超級噁心，口水漬黑黃色的，還有頭髮，門鎖壞的，大倒是挺大的但有一股子味道，自己衡量吧，幾乎不會給差評，但這次沒辦法必須給了
