Black mold throughout the bathroom, no hot water, wires hanging from the ceiling with no fixtures, I have pictures of all, I was told by the staff all the rooms are the same and that I booked online so no refund. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!

Mattress was comfortable, refrigerator was clean. With that said, there was nothing else good I could say about the room, the breakfast or the buildings. I have included just two pictures of the dozen I took. Mold, AC fan was too loud, infested with crickets because the door had a 1/2" crack under it. Safety latch on door was broken, [against the law], no hangers in the closet. There was a lot more, but I think you get the idea. Wyndham shoud cut this franchise loose. It is really bad for their image.

Front desk person was friendly enough. I booked a double queen non-smoking online but was given a single king. I went back to desk for different room. Was given a smoking double queen that reeked of cigarettes. We made do 'cause it was late. Bathroom was in disrepair, missing several tiles and moldy. Thick layer of dust on the blow dryer. Loud people all night above us. Won't be back.

The pillows smelled like 3-4 days of sweating hair and I was afraid of pulling down the bed cover. This place was terribly burned inside the closet, dirty walls with white spots off dry wall filler, mold behind bathroom door at the back top corner, live crawling bugs in bathroom on floor beside the left side of toilet, deep brown and blackest cigarette burns inside and along

I was bite with bed bugs a the room was very dirty. I think if they dusted the trim round the ceilings a didn’t paint their tubs so paint comes of when your in the shower!

It’s cheap for a reason. There are spiders, crickets and other bugs IN the room. The front door does not seal all the way on the bottom. The breakfast is just toast, cereal and yogurt. The room itself looks like an active construction site. Patches up holes, caulk everywhere, and just overall dirty. Also the water in the shower and sink is cloudy and has a foul smell. I will never ever stay here again.
