Brother’s Birthday We came all the way from North Dakota to see our little brother’s Birthday. The location was amazing and there were many things close by for us to do.

Just ok. Overall the house did its job. It was nice having the garage. We brought our dogs so it was also nice having a fenced in yard. But the yard was overgrown and there are some sketchy areas that the dogs needed to stay away from. The TV in the living room didn’t work because there wasn’t any power in the outlet that it was plugged into. Luckily we had an extension cord we could use to another outlet. I did try to contact Victor in the evening but I did not hear from him until the next morning. I’ve stayed in much nicer VRBOs and there is just no way I could give this place a 5 star review.

Location good. The house was close to horse park so that was nice hut the cleanliness wasnt the best all the dishes were dirty and alot of little repairs needed to be done throughout house, grass long and no one keeps up on the weeds. Strong pot smell from neighbors and alot trafficin and out over weekend all hours.

Mold and Mildew Unable to Stay at this property Horrible experience! I had my 82 mom with me smell overpowering of mildew mold. Cleaners were there and they said they told owner it needed deep cleaning. I talked with him and he said give them chance to finish, i did and came back smell same. They said he knows about it but doesnt want to spemd money. I this on recording too
