the place is famous, for thailand theater shows, foods in many varieties but cant say good. when we check in we are greet by a front desk clerk,with no smile, and tired face.and since i was a foreigner but good in japanese, communication did not go so well though he is not nice explaning everything. but the foreigners workin there is so nice. the ofuro is good but can say not what we expect. in the morning we check out staff were all good and smiling.

Huge room, comfortable beddings, nice settings & decoration. 2 mins hotel bus transfer to Gero station, easy access. Yet after arriving hotel, not much choice for entertainment & food.

Very helpful concierge staffs and buffet dinner is great.

Very good experience and staff are very professional especially Mr Taku Yamada as he went the extra mile to accommodate my request to provide me western bed instead of rokan. Hotel is very nice clean n unique with pulley type lift. Good buffet spread. Definitely a good value for money stay.

會有接送服務，待客有禮。 特別的電梯，驚喜的八樓室外溫泉，還有免費beer。 晚餐豐富，吃完之後床已經準備好了。十分窩心。隔音很好，是一次很舒服的旅行。讚👍🏻

รร.ดีมาก ก่อนไปถึง 1 ชม. เพราะหิมะตกหนักเลยเปลี่ยนที่พักทันที เลยหาใหม่ ตัดสินใจไปนอนเกโระออนเซ็น หาโรงแรมและเจอ เลือกประเภทห้องพักเมื่อไปถึง ,มีปัญหาเล็กน้อยเพราะเหมือนโรงแรมขอเช็คก่อน และให้รอ10 นาทีก็ได้ห้องชั้น 10 ใหญ่ วิวสวย ออนเซ็นดีมากๆๆๆๆ เป็นแบบรวมแยก ช,ญ ที่ชั้น8 มีทั้งในห้องและเปิดประตูทะลุ out door วิวหิมะ ฟูๆ เหมาะสำหรับทุกช่วงอายุ เด็กๆและผู้สูงอายุชอบมาก อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย แต่เค็มมากสำหรับฉัน…สรุปหายเหนื่อยเลย และติดใจ อยากไปพักอีก ปล.เหมือนห้องอาบน้ำเป็นน้ำเย็นเราต้องไปใช้น้ำร้อนที่ห้องอาบน้ำรวม (ออนเซ็น) -หาน้ำในห้องไม่เจอ จะต้มน้ำร้อนมีแต่กาน้ำที่ใส่น้ำเย็นไว้ให้ แต่มีชุดชาไว้ให้ 🥲 เลยไม่รู้เอาน้ำร้อนชั้นไหน เรากลัวหิวน้ำเลยลงไปชื้อน้ำมาไว้ (ไม่แน่ใจเตรียมไม่ครบหรือปล่าว)

โรงแรมที่นี่ใหญ่มาก สะอาด บริการน่ารัก มาครั้งนี้ได้เจอน้องคนไทยที่มาโชว์คาบาเร่ด้วย อย่างอื่นโอเคนะแต่ติดเรื่องเดียวคืออาหารไม่อร่อยอย่างที่คิด

設計特別既酒店

有點老舊的温泉酒店，但是性價比不錯，1700的價格包含早晚自助餐。早晚餐很豐盛，人流控制作的也不錯。到了車站打電話就有shuttle bus來接。二樓和八樓各有一個浴場，都帶露天風呂。週一到週四泡完温泉出來還有免費飲料和冰淇淋

在小高山上，環境特別好。温泉有兩個，二樓室內，八樓室外。室外視野非常好奇，可以俯瞰整個城市，温泉裏有可以躺的地方，非常舒服。 電梯非常有特色，旅遊非常合適。
